This accommodation while convenient and cheap "for Nice" fell well short of our expectations. It's location right next to the train line provided interrupted sleep and the photos were misleading. The entrance is not signed and we were lucky that a resident was leaving the building so that we could get in. The lady looking after the property was very obliging and while she could not speak English worked through this to assist us as much as possible including giving us her personal fan and doing a load of washing for us. We would only recommend this place for people on a very tight budget as proximity to main street and train station was excellent.

Cláramente el peor hotel/pensión/B&B en el que me he hospedado. - Se encuentra a 10 metros del tren (que pasa cada 5-10 minutos incluso a altas horas de la noche) por lo que dormir sin tapones es prácticamente imposible. - El edificio es viejo aunque eso no sería un problema si las habitaciones no estuvieran sucias y descuidadas. La nuestra tenía agujeros por todas partes y el bidet, que no funcionaba, estaba tapado con una bolsa de basura con porquería sólo superada por la que había en recepción. - La recepción parece un vertedero por la cantidad de suciedad y cacharros acumulados. Prefiero no entrar en más detalles. - El desayuno pasable (croisant, pasta y iogurt) - Si tras leer esto alguien piensa en hospedarse en este antro, aviso que el B&B no está indicado en la calle. En mi caso, el código proporcionado para abrir la puerta había cambiado desde que efectué la reserva y nadie me había avisado de ello. Al llegar el primer día temí que fuera un fraude. Probé a llamar por teléfono y la línea no funcionaba. Al final, me colé en el edifició con un vecino y comprobé con los buzones que el BB realmente existía.

Pensione Alessandra was not named on the door or building. I thought it was a con and I had been had, but it was ok once we got in. Was still being done up but pleasant enough for the cost.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
