Maria and the villa were very nice. Villa was a little chillier than we realized it would be for the time of year, but the service and cleanliness of our space was very good. The villa was convenient to the town of Nemi and to the Via de Lechi--the starting point for getting to the neighboring towns of Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo, Genzano, etc. Also, from this road you could easily return to the ring and get to the Metro station into Rome. Maria was very helpful with directions, anticipated weather in various locations, and restaurants, sites to see, etc. Breakfast was good and meats/cheeses/breads varied. No view to lake but nice property for sitting out if the weather had been a little warmer. We enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely place, beautiful garden, friendly people. A wonderful place for traveling in the area of Nemi and Castello Gondolfi. difficult to find at night using GPS but simple with the directions of the owner so call ahead.

Very nice place in the hills above nemi. But no view to the lake. Good service, nice garden with pool."continental2 ( small)breakfast. Nice people. Village below, Nemi at lake nemi. Nice little old village many cafés with high prices, few restaurants.Nice view over lake Nemi, wich You can walk around or to genzano. Bad signing on walkroads and map not compliant to reality.
