Bed and Breakfast Zia Maria Home - Naples

We stayed for a very short -but intense- week-end in the season of May and it was very nice to have 2 rooms that communicated between each other. The views are fantastic. I presume there are very few rooms (4, 5, 6?). Breakfast is excellent. Design and interiors are best ever seen. Rooms were spacious and most comfortable. No wi-fi but a computer at your disposal for free 24h. Frankly, for me and family, we were very happy and very satisfied with this charming place in the heart of amazing city-town of Naples, placed in the historic ancient area with many eating, drinking, music and coffee spots at two steps distance. Also air conditioning. very glad to have discovered it for a 1st Napoli visit.

Great location with marvellous view over napoli and convenient distance to sights. Great staff. We had a very pleasent stay.

Very pretty place. Amazing location in the core of historical center, on a square with several churches or palaces. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated in a very sober way. We had a great time there. Be cautious to properly announce the time you will arrive. We had to wait 30 minutes before someone came to open the door, as they expected us later.

A most enjoyable and memorable stay--New Year's Eve in Naples is an extraordinary experience and made particularly so by the warm welcome and excellent food of Tonia Brangi and her family. The location, in the heart of old Naples is extremely interesting, but not necessarily for the unadventurous

Location couldnt be better (one block from two of the main attractions), staff kindly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. An excellent option to spend little money and have a great service.

Our stay at Zia Maria was everything one could expect in a B &B located in a historic centre of an old city. The room was large and modern with free internet access and a good breakfast. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, even though he spoke little English and my poor Italian. Great location in the old part of town but a little tricky to find. I suspect the guy who sells papers in the shop, in the square ,gets lots of questions about where it is. Minor problem. Definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in the old town. I felt very safe and would stay there for my next trip to Napoli.

First impression when you enter the building is awful. However, once you have found your way to the top floor where the hotel is, it's a very different picture. Location is prime, close to everything like Duomo, old town, quirky shops, quaint pizzerias, etc. Owners don't speak any English but more than make up for it in genuine Neapolitan warmth of service and almost family welcome.

Very special, beautiful, quiet place in the heart of Napoli. Room decoration very simple, stilish and tasteful. The owner was very friendly and did everything to make the stay for us and especially our three year old "bimba" agreeable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace with beautiful view over the roofs of old Napoli to the sea and the Vesuvio. Will certainly come back there!

We can really recommend Zia Maria Home to all guests: in a very central and pleasant spot of the city, with a very warm welcome of Roberto and his daughter, beautifully renovated rooms: grand old building and 21th century interoir with lots of taste, a nice breakfast terrace, free limoncello and a beautiful view from your window. The only remark ight be, that the website doesn't show it as ity is: reality is better!

Zia Maria is well located right in the centre of all the sights including within walking distance to the greatest pizza place in town. It is very very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower wasn't tiny like others in Italy. Perhaps one of the best things about it is the service and the man that runs it. He provided us with a nice breakfast and was of great help even though we don't speak any italian!

Very welcoming hosts, the location is perfect and the rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is OK according to Italian standards. I would recommend this B&B!

I stayed only one night. I apreciate very much the sorroundings in tne middle of SpaccaNapoli and I liked the decoration of the rooms. Very confortable and quiet.
