Bed and Breakfast Morelli - Naples

The B&B is located in a safe, elegant area with good transportation links. Our room was nice and cosy, although the furniture and the bathroom felt a bit old. The manager was very helpful.

The room is old and not properly care, and above all the bathroom is outside the room. the breakfast is poor the noise of the street is high

Cosy place. Very central. The rooms facing the street have a second set of doors that dampen the noise. They work well. Otherwise, you must pay cash, no credit cards. Welcoming little place we'd like to recommend to others.

Overal a very nice bed and breakfast, people there are friendly and helpful. One bedroom has a private bath inside the room, the other rooms have a private bathroom, but not directly in the room. The only disadvantage: it is not always possible to be called by phone (e.g. from abroad), as calls are sometimes redirected to the owner's place (usually in the evenings).

As a huge Madonna fan it was great to sleep in a room surrounded by her records ;-) Edy was a fantastic host, her presence in the morning were a good start of the day! Would definitely come back... Try the gelato in Chocolate on Pzza Rodino, absolutely fantastic!

Fabulous! It is a Wonderful place to stay in Naples. It is centrally located in a quite posh area. The street it is full of antique stores and very close to the fashion street, where all the major fashion designers stores are. I spent two nights during Xmas Holidays. Edith the Landlady, is so welcoming and she is a special person, she is always with the smile on her mouth, a great commmunicator and she knows how to take care of her guests. Excellent host! The rooms are spacious and extremely cleaned I would say there is a cozy atmosphere. Everything is positive apart the breakfast which I think it is a little bit poor compared to the other services offered by the house, so I would like to suggest since you are in Naples, a traditional Neapolitan breakfast by offering to your guests "sfogliatella riccia or frolla" and a good cappuccino that would be amazing. Welcoming and friendly place. Located very close to the sea shore and easily accessible by public transport. I'll stay there again next time I'm in Naples.

Excellent location adjacent to the best neighborhood in Napoli. The accommodations are kitschy and quaint, feeling like you are staying in a friend's home. Edith who puts in long hours there is friendly, sweet and professional, a rare find in Napoli. This isn't a location for the luxury lover, but for good, clean, safe accommodations, Morelli 49 can't be beat. Also close to ports where ferries leave for Amalfi and Capri.

Veramente bello, persone splendide , torneremo di sicuro

I stayed in a double bedroom, which was very clean and spacious, as weel as the private separate bathroom with shower. Employees were friendly and very helpful. Location is perfect for tourism. Breakfast could use a few more choices for food and beverages; service was fine. The matress was covered in a plastic foil, and the noise it makes while sleeping is quite bothersome.

I would definately recommend this as a place to stay in the Chiaia area of Naples. There are four rooms run by two nice people for a price much less than a hotel room. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a bathroom either in or just next to each room. A nice breakfast is provided, as are clean towels each day. There is one computer with internet, but it is difficult to get time on it since the hosts use it most of the day. It is available in the evenings, but make sure you know how to connect it to the internet before the hosts leave for the night or you'll be out of luck. Morelli is a leisurely 10 minute walk at most to the Aquario in Stazione Zoologica in the Villa Communale. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and sitesee within walking distance. Naples is a noisy city, and Morelli has three coverings for each window to help dampen the noise -- but I still recommend bringing ear plugs.

We stayed seven days altogether. The service was excellent, with particular thanks to Edith who is very helpful in every regard. Friendly breakfast table, excellent location near the bayfront Riviera di Chiaia and the pedestrian shopping street of Chiaia and a short walk to the main street Via Toledo and the center. Also easy tram ride to the train station. We'll be back.
