Bed and Breakfast Medea - Naples

Staff at B&B Medea were outstanding, all of them. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable with all questions answered and special requests honored. Since the hour of the day we left was very early, before the scheduled breakfast time, they brought ours to our room the evening before. Another highlight of the B&B is the fabulous terrace the rooms open to for relaxing, eating breakfast, etc. I have never been to Naple before but if I return, I'd definitely stay there again.

Very nice little hotel and very welcoming, from the street's you think ok and when you get in and sit down on the balcony it's like a different place. quiet and would go back they just need to clean the street's of Naples and calm down a bit when driving or riding.

Our 1-night stay at B&B Medea with my family (wife and 1 little baby) was excellent. The breakfast on the own terrace of the room was priceless. You have to go there and really experience how good B&B Medea is - it is like an oasis in the historic center of Napoli. The only thing missing is an elevator but I am sure the staff helps you carry your baggage up the stairs the same way it helped us. Very nice staff. Thank you, Medea.

The weather outside was chilly, and we didn't have any heat. The breakfast was very frugal.

Big rooms, very nice and a very nice balcony. Also the owner is a very gentil person. Also the bed was good, soft (I don't mean old). I don't like hard beds, you find them often in Italy. I would return there again but asking for another room. I slept in room number 3. I heard in the wall sometimes tubes 'exploding' also during the night. They awaked me several times. Maybe for someone who sleeps very well, it wouldn't be a problem. I you have a very heavy suitcase maybe it can be a problem to go up for the stairs. There is no elevator. The owner has opened recently another b&b in het neighboorhood. Very nice too, I slept there too. There you can find an elevator. For me the bed there was to hard. But this was for me, maybe not for you.

Hated Napoli, loved this hotel. Breakfast formula was pretty cool: you could choose what you wanted to eat next morning. The place was super clean, service was attentionate and the balconies offered a superb view on Santa Clara's church.

I liked everything about BBMedea. If I return to Napoli I would like to stay there again.

A little paradise in the middle of Naples! The private terrace, belonging to your room at the 4th floor, is a great surprise. Specially the staff and the ownwer were very kindly. Also the brand new B&B of the same owner is very elegant.

I stayed 2 nights in Naples at B&B Medea which was very central in the historic area of the city. It was easy to find, the room was air-conditioned (very welcome in Naples!)clean and modern as was the en-suite and there was a lovely terrace, nicely planted, to sit out on and have breakfast etc. It is near the university so there is a lively student scene with lots of nice cafes and restaurants, within easy walking distance of most of the must-see attractions (including Da Michele the famous Pizza place which is great) the archeological museum, access to the Circumversuviana for the Amalfi Coast/Pompei and Herculaneum and so on. The Medea would certainly suit anyone looking for value for money.
