We were here for two nights and it was really not up to our expectations and comments on Tripadvisor ! Room has not bee updated since the 80's, bathroom was DIRTY, breakfast was poor (no bread or fresh pastry, only biscotte. Even the teapot and cup were dirty. Sleeping was awful and very noisy (a dog outside was barking all night long ; bike noises along the road and so on...). NOT recommanded at all but maybe it was because the owner was not here and a student was doing everything...

Instead of a double room with individual bathroom, we had to share the bathromm. The hosts were not present at all; instead they had employed someone to attend. The breakfast was a disaster, old bread, one cake to share until it was finished and not replaced, no juice! The owner is obviously just interested in making easy money while being away.

Room Details
The Bed & Breakfast offers two spacious and welcoming rooms, each of which can accommodate between one and three people. The comfortably furnished rooms both feature a private bathroom, one of which has a spa bath, and are equipped with a colour TV, heating, telephone and hairdryer.Both of the rooms have access to a large panoramic terrace which overlooks the beautiful bay of Naples.

How to reach Franca Bed and Breakfast
By carComing from the tangenziale exit at Vomero and take the via Cilea exit, proceed along corso Europa until you reach piazzetta Santo Stefano, then take via Tasso as far as you can before it becomes a one-way street. Then turn right into viale Maria Cristina di Savoia and at the end of the street, turn left onto corso Vittorio Emanuele and continue for around 150 metres until you reach the gardens and enter the ramp on your left.
By train
As you exit the Napoli Mergellina railway station, cross the road and take bus line C16 towards piazza Mazzini. Get out at the third stop and proceed along corso Vittorio Emanuele for around 50 metres until you reach the public gardens on your right. Take the steep road which leads into the gardens until you reach block n.1.
By airplane
The structure is situated around 10 km from the Napoli Capodichino Airport.
