Bed and Breakfast Firenze 32 - Naples

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff.

Very nice place located on the boarder of the oldtown. I had a kozy room no 1, beautifully decorated and, what is not realy easy in Naples, really quiet. Staff friendly and helpfull, goog choice for those who stay in Naples

The Firenze is a B&B, not a hotel. The rooms are sized to fit a double bed and maybe a couch. We were travelling with 2 teenagers, and booked a "quad" room. Once they squeezed in 2 single beds, as well as the double you had trouble even laying out the luggage. A simple breakfast was served to your room at a designated time. The location is 2 minutes from the train station. That's the good news because the immediate neighborhood is creepy. I didn't get a sense of safety in this part or any part of Naples. As far as the Hotel goes, for the price it is worth it as a short term/overnight layover. IF

Nicola *the owner is great non-annoying guy, everything was easy. Standard continental breakfast (which I don't like) but we could make what ever we want. There is the wireless internet free of charge, our room had terrace from court side. It was great and I had such a good time.

We booked a room for 6 people but arrived and found only 5 beds in the room. The manager was very, very helpful and squeezed in another bed for us. He also called us prior to arrival just to agree on a time and make sure we could find the location and park the car. The room was cramped but very clean and quiet. Location is good, close to the central station with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was basic - just coffee and croissants. Good value for the price - I would stay there again.

Stayed in naples a 3 days, great room for the price and the owners were lovely and friendly, breakfast is pretty skint but for the price we paid what can you expect. Would definetly stay again

Best B&B in the Naples! Seriously the greatest hospitality ever. Thank you so much for everything Nicolla! Close to great sights and metro, very clean, extremely nice rooms, great atmosphere, couldnt imagine a greater hostel… I have seen more than I expected from Naples. I am so impressed by the Pasta nights too, soon I will be back again for holliday. I really enjoyed the time there with, Nicolla!

The breakfast was awful. Everything else was perfect. The bed was very comfortable There was a computer with free internet access. other interesting places. I think we were lucky, and we had the best room: with a balcony, on via Firenze It is not very easy to find the B&B... (fond de cour, troisième étage....)

I think that B&B Firenze 32 is a nice place to stay in Naples for a modest budget. Teenagers and those who wish to see a lot but don't have a very large sum of money to spend are very welcome here. Nicola and Sanya, the owners of this nice spot, were absolutely remarquable. We arrived at 3 AM in the morning but they were wainting for us and that was extraordinary, especially when you arrive for the first time in Naples and you aren't so familiar with the places. I travelled with my son and we had a wonderful journey in Naples, Pompei, Herculanaeum, Oplontis and Boscoreale. It's very easy to see all these magnificent places because B&B Firenze 32 is right near Piazza Garibaldi where you have all the opportunities to reach every place you like in the neighborhood

Firenze 32 was a very nice place. It is in a very convenient location, only 2 blocks or so from the central train station. However, the area around the station can be a little off putting, especially at night.

Excelent staff, nice and kind. We feel confortable and welcomed ... everything was great !! We´ll come back soon.

Nikoraus(owner) and Tania(working lady) are good combination. They are very kind. If you remenber adress No.,It is very easy to find the B&B. Half of rooms face inter Area, other half face to other houses, No room face to main road.so I suppose all rooms are queiet. Anyway My room face to inter Area,so very quiet even if the B&B is in city central area. Internet is free use. Tania serves breakfast to each room at the time you write in a notebook till last night. I can say the B&B is cheap and convenient and good. there is a lift in house to the B&B floor which is free use for week end but 5 cent for week days. Just over the load, There is a resturant which has no smoking room and reasonable taste and price. When you go to Port Area, better to use tram01 ,at the case go straight Via Firenze,and there is a tram stop then you can get on the tram one stop before crouded PZ GARBARDI. Only one advice to Nikorous, care about water drain condition of bath and basin,then the B&B can get more good point.

Though the room is small, it's adequate for a couple on backpacks like us. the room and bathroom are clean and the facilities are quite new. there's also free internet service. the staff are nice and helpful. it's just about 5 minutes' walk from firenze 32 to the main train station and bus terminus. recommended for such prices.

Hôtel très bien situé, près de la gare, pratique. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Un peu bruyant. Dommage que ce bed&Breakfast ressemble plus à un hôtel qu'à un véritable B&B. Pas vraiment de contact avec les propriétaires.

The hotel surroundings were not the best but the hotel is about three blocks from the train station which was good for us.

The welcoming was a little bit confusing for me. The owner was not even shaking my hand. He was not explaining anything, he was not friendly at all. He only asked: "what time you want to have breakfast on the room?" It would have been better if he would have explained us that there is no breakfast room and that we could choose to have breakfast for ex. from 7 until 10. the time we choose once was valid for the whole stay and if you change it once, the breakfast service takes that as the new time of waking us up. this supposed to be communicated! We stayed 6 nights and after the 3rd night, the girl who is taking care for the cleanliness of the rooms and for the breakfast was asking us to pay today. I was wondering because I never heard about that, that somebody has to pay 3 days before leaving. We were asking why that, but she was only transporting informations from her boss. Because the owner of the place speaks rarely english he communicated through the girl. The girl was very friendly and helpful anyway. Only on the last day when we left the B & B the owner was friendly, wishing us a good journey back. I was also pretty amazed about the surrounding area. The place is arround market place and also because a lot of life is going on on the streets it was quite noisy. The windows of our room were directed on to the street. Perhaps there are other rooms which are more quiet but our on was terrible noisy! In generally I would not come again to this B & B. this place is maybe quite ok if someone is only staying for one night. but I would not recommend it for a longer stay!
