We had an excellent stay at I Fiori di Napoli. The helpfulness of our hosts was unsurpassed. They provided so much information and advice, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were good, with wonderful homemade cake (not so good for those on a diet!) and we had access to a little kitchen. The only drawback for those of us a little older in years is that they are on the third floor, and it is 80 steps to them, and no lift!! However, if we can manage them, then unless disabled or really unfit, then others can. No hesitation in recommending

Very pleasant Bed & Breakfast! The location is very central, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Beautiful roof garden. We stayed for three nights. The two hostesses do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible: they really want you to be comfortable. Very good and personal service. We had some problems with hot water, which they tried to solve as quickly as possible. We also loved their dog. Note: the B&B is on the 3rd floor, without elevator.

I loved this place!!! This was my first time in Naples, and I was traveling all alone. The two women who run I Fiori di Napoli both went far beyond the call of duty in making sure I was helped in every way and had everything I needed. One of the most amazing examples is that when I was trying to contact a relative in Naples and needed help communicating in Italian, they helped me get his contact info and made several 30min+ calls to his hotel & house for me to help me get a hold of him. As to overall ambience, staying here was like being a guest in a very generous, very kind & very clean relative's home. Be sure to check out the beautiful rooftop terrace patio and garden. Extremely convenient to the metro, the oldest historic sites along Spaccanapoli, and a major roadway (Via Toledo) along which anything you might need or want can be found, it was a perfect base from which to explore the city, and get to know the heart and soul of what life in Naples is and has been for many years. The owners have lots of information for tourists, and are happy to explain or make suggestions for destinations or advice on how to travel.

Roberta-Manuela-Evo and Argo were all very kind, accommodating, and super helpful. Our room had excellent ac which we needed in July and was surprisingly quiet in the middle of so much cacophony. 86 steps to the front door-so pack light. The entrance to the apartment complex looks a bit run down and disconcerting-it could use a paint-water fountain and plants. We will return.

Roberta was very nice and took the time to help us find the places we wanted to see. I especially liked the roof garden. It was just kind of hard to find.

I fiori di naples was a pleasant place. We had a 4 bedroom without bathroom wich does't reflect the quality of the B&B rooms with bathroom. If you are planning a stay here, it's better to call the owners, they will help to choose the best offer. The owners are very kind and supportive to help you in your stay. Outstanding breakfast with "pastiera napoletana" and Casatielli. The B&B is located very close to via Toledo, center of Naples and form Piazza Carita you can walk every were. We met some italians and french people.

Manuela, the owner, and her friend, Roberta were great. The breakfast was Italian style but that was expected and I was very pleased with the quality. My stay was in October, so I had the windows closed and thus it was very quiet (Naples is a noisy town in this area). I had my own keys and I was able to go and return as I wished. Tourist information is available, if needed. Internet was free using the pensione computer which was available all the time in the dining room. I just don't understand why other pensione and hotel owners do not understand the value of having free internet for the guests (or maybe they are just too stingy). It is on the third floor so expect to climb. No elevator (but I didn't need one). I was out until 12pm and saw local women out even alone, so it seemed to be a very safe area. This is one of the two best places I have stayed at during two visits to Italy. Thanks Manuela and Roberta!!!! I cannot comment about the location in relation to tourist sites because I chose this to be in the Montesanto neighborhood in order to be close to friends in Naples. It is, however, walking distance to the the Montesanto metro staton and to Via Toledo, a main boulevard with buses.

We had a very warm welcome by the owner. she really spent a lot of time making sure we knew everything about the location and the sights.Even though the owners were going on their own vacation - they were very very helpful and we appreciated that. The B&B was a bit difficult to find and I would recommend calling ahead and getting proper directions. everything was clean and orderly. the b&B is located in the old centre of napoli so it's very authentic. there's no lift and AC but that was fine. I would stay here again.

Stayed for three nights at this wonderful B&B in August. Very clean, tidy, pleasant and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is very safe and secure and is quite a convenient base for exploring Naples. There is a lot of traffic noise at night, but I think that this is something that occurs everywhere in Naples. Would definitely stay here again

Il personale che vi accoglie è gentile e disponibile- preziosa la ben fornita biblioteca che mettono a disposizione degli ospiti. Un soggiorno che vi raccomandiamo!

We had a very nice time at I Fiori di Napoli. We only can recommend a stay there! The rooms are clean and nice, the people are friendly and helpful, the location is great. Be careful when arriving by car - the place is hard to find, there are many small one-way streets, and parking in one of the available garages is very expensive (20Euro/day).

All in all the people and facilities of this venue made our holidays in Naples perfect. Starting with a warm welcome and continueing with a great service, plenty of sighseeing and security advice throughout our stay, we had no problems at all and could really enjoy our time in Naples. We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank I Fiori Di Napoli for the great time and all the support they provided.

Very nice stay, beautiful house with a warm welcoming, lots of suggestions: where to eat, what to do.. Napoli is a noisy city but this district is relatively calmer, and it gives a good opportunity to experience Napoli from the inside!

Part of the staff - it's really a family business - is friendly and competent, but one person's unfriendliness can really ruin the image of the place. The (unannounced) presence of a dog and the fact that there was only one bathroom to share with all the guests of the B&B (plus part of the family as well) can make the stay less pleasant than one would expect.

I Fiori di Napoli is not a hotel, but rather a "bed and breakfast." We stayed in a room of an apartment occupied by an elderly couple. The room was large and clean, but with five beds in it, there was no extra space. The clean, compact bathroom/shower was through the living room and kitchen. The hosts spoke only Italian. We did not hang out in the "public areas" of the apartment. What was provided was a bed and a breakfast, with no extra flourishes. To be fair, that was what we expected.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at i fiori di Napoli. The area was a bit noisy though and the property would be no good for those with mobility problems (plenty of steps, no lift). The owners were very helpful and full of advice about where to visit in Naples.

It was not really easy to find the accomodation. Besides this: If you are looking for a typical Neapolitanian accomodation with "I fiori di Napoli" You are at the right place. Warm and heartily welcome, best tuition about cultural highlights.

Location is amazing, right in the heart of Napoli. B&B is clean and "refreshing" (nice flower wall paintings in each room). Owners are nice and provide plenty of hints to take the best out of Naples (and no risks). You choose this place, satisfaction guaranteed.
