Dont'miss the elegant Piazza dei Martiri square with prestigious boutiques, trendy cafés and antique stores, Villa Pignatelli a luxurious dwelling once belonging to princes and now hosting important exhibitions, and the splendid Villa Comunale park, commissioned by Ferdinand IV of Bourbon and designed by famous architect Vanvitelli, with several 19th century monuments, fountains and the most ancient aquarium in Europe.
The B&B is located on the second floor of a 19th century building. The atmosphere is intimate and warm, ensuring you a successful stay in Naples.

We stood there 1 week and liked our staying there. Access was somewhat difficult, as we did not realize that we should take the funiculare for 1 stop from Amedeo Metro station instead of walking up a long slope on a hill. In front of the building we did not find where to ring (at sunday and in the evening the main entrance is closed). The balcony was to the inside court yart, what proved at least as a good shelter from noise and sun - as there no air conditioning what we saw as an advantage. The breakfast there was very individual, varying and sufficient. We loved the tasteful interior. If we would have been able to speak some Italian surely we would have been gotten even more good information on the town. By the funiculare you can easily get to prominent other places but you have to check the latest departure. By foot you are quickly in interesting areas and with some staying power even in the downtowns. Though on a main road there is less traffic than at the seaside. The area seems to be a bourgeois and I felt safer than in the downtown or the tourist areas. Probably we take this lodging again, especially as a couple.

Pure B & B, sharing the family home with a very friendly lady Francesca, her son and their enormous Great Dane. We were a group of 5 and stayed for 5 nights, but were only there to sleep. The beds were partly camp beds, but comfortable nerver the less.

Casa 12 is a very nice location , the room is VERY large and confortable. the only shame is that as you are on the 'top' of the city , you do not have an outlook on the bay from the window. the sorroundings are very interesting because the location is OUT of the most touristic sites and you feel really in the good part of the city. clean and very kind. thanks a lot

The structure has single, double and triple rooms with private bathroom.The rooms feature hairdryer, colour TV and heating.
The accommodation are bright and nicely decorated with Neapolitan gouache on the walls.
