The property boasts an excellent position, right opposite the departure point for the islands of Capri, Ischia, Eolie and the Pontine Islands, minutes from the Mergellina railway and underground station, close to via dei Mille (exclusive shopping), via Chiaia, Castel dell'Ovo, Borgo Marinaro, Piazza Plebiscito, Maschio Angioino and the historic centre of Naples.

We stayed in a number of b&bs on this trip. This was the best one. View of the harbor is from the side of the building but very nice. The person serving our breakfast rejected the tips we left. Everyone was fiendly and helpful.Sna Paggiruns a very nice place.

Clean, smart, modern accomodations in a seafront palazzo. Rooms (at least mine) had an oblique water view. Large door to small balcony. The only low score concerned public areas, but this is really unfair as this is a small B&B and extensive public areas were not expected. There was a reception area. No breakfast room, but the cheerful staff brought a breakfast cart to my room at pre-arranged times. Eating at the balcony door, gazing at Capri, was a nice way to start the day. Very nice, helpful owner and staff. Safe area, a ten minute walk to the Metro station where some mainline trains between Rome & Naples stop. Will stay again.

How to reach Caracciolo 10 Bed and Breakfast
By carFrom the Tangenziale, exit at Fuorigrotto and follow directions to piazzale Tecchio-Centro-Mergellina. After the Posillipo Tunnel, head to the left past piazza Sannazzaro and onto via Caracciolo, where the property is located at street number 10.
By train
From the Stazione Centrale in Naples, take metro line 2 towards Pozzuoli and get off at Mergellina Station, around 200 metres from the B&B.
By airplane
From the Napoli Capodichino Airport, take the Alibus shuttle service to piazza Municipio, then bus line R3 to its final stop (on via G. Bruno), very close to the property.
