Bed and Breakfast Aleph Design - Naples

B&B Aleph Design is an excellent place to stay. When I return to Napels, I will certainly try to stay there again.

Great escape from the hectic atmosphere of Naples. Beautiful modern rooms, great patio to enjoy wine & cheese that we'd purchased outside. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. If you don't know Naples or the old city, it can be tricky to find this place. Pay attention to your emails and phone contact info. A taxi from the bus loop or train station to the Duomo is 6-8 euros, and puts you within easy walking distance to the suite. Once you're there, it's awesome...home away from home. We'd stay there again for sure.

The room is part of the owners'apartment, though conveniently separated from the area where the family lives by a small living room/hallway that serves as breakfast area as well. It opens on a tiny little internal courtyard, one side of which made by the ancient walls and gothic windows of the nearby church. The courtyard serves as an alternative common area, wheater permitting. To reach it, as well as the (very) little bathroom with shower you need to take a 3-4 steps metal staircase. The room has therefore limited view and little natural light. Room and bathroom are designed and decorated with taste in quite a minimalist style. Same style is followed for the breakfast, though a little bit of everything is available (1-2 cups or coffee, a glass of fruit juice, a slice of home made cake, fresh bread, butter and jam). Gaetano and Alessandra, the owners, are ready to give you all information you need on what to see and do in Naples and the while stay is handled in an informal but efficient way (you are given the apartment's keys and there is no particular strictness on breakfast and check-in/out timings). One big advantage of this B&B is certainly the location, situated as it is in the real heart of the historical center with lots of incredible places to visits and enough good places to eat/drink within a stone's throw.

This beautiful place immediately fell like home! Napoli is an energic and magic city, and Aleph is an oasis of peace. Nice room and fine breakfast. thank you very much for your hospitality, and for everything! we'll be back!! Gregory and Lisa
