CHECK AVAILABILITY
The B&B Augusteo is located in the heart of the historical centre of Naples, in a pedestrian zone, a few meters from Piazza Plebiscito, the starting point for those who want to discover the architectural beauties, the charm of art, culture, and history of this beautiful city.

The idea was born from the desire to create a comfortable and familiar place, suitable for those who want to spend a pleasant stay in the city. This entrepreneurial choice was made by a group of young people who are familiar with the city's social and cultural environment, and who believe in the potential of Naples as a touristic and cultural site, that can offer its "guests" a mix of entertainment, rest, culture and culinary flavors, to make them capture its true essence.

The B&B Augusteo is the ideal place also for those who love shopping, because its strategic position allows people to stroll around the most prestigious streets of a land well-known for its great tailors and fashion craftsmen, to take a pleasant walk in the finest salon in Naples. Picturesque narrow streets will let you discover the most authentic sounds and flavours of our land. Naples, as a famous Neapolitan song sings, is the “paese ro sol”; its land, sun, and sea are waiting for you to fall in love.

Location is great if you are into a real Neapolitan atmosphere. On the border of the Spanish area it could feel a bit dodgy for some. But more central then this you won't get and the more chique area and the farmore touristic old centre and castel dell Ouvo is on walking distance. All main sites are on walking distance (max 10 min) and the most beautiful metro station and cable car station just around the corner. Perfect connection through that to Castel st Elmo end Pompeij (40 min by metro/train) and Hercaluneum (20min). The hotel is fine with clean rooms and friendly people. Don't go here for the breakfast, it's really poor. But luckily enough places around to have a good breakfast. Food in the local restaurants is fantastic and relatively cheap.

Nice spacious and clean room (with airco) on a central location, some 100 mtrs from one of the main shopping streets of naples. Very friendly staff, only limited in talking english. On the balcony it can be a bit noisy with traffic passing by, but with doors closed it is quiet inside. Some nice restaurants nearby.

The continental breakfast is only packed stuff in the room. Disappointed! It was quite hard to find the place. The staff is not english speaking. We could howeverr understand each other. Thank you so much for their flexibility: early Check in and late Check out! The BB is located is the spanish part of Naples! À fantastic place to discover Naples by walk.

Perfect small B&B in the very heart of Naples' historical center. Great spacious room, very clean, the lady was very friendly. Good coffee in the morning.

The location was okay, near by the main street but it was hard to find the place. When we were using the shower, water drain was very bad. When we checked in, there was a young lady looked teenager who didn't speak English gave us a key. Next morning, maybe her mother(?) was making coffee but she didn't understand much English also. We had very hard time to communicate each other.

First time in Napoli and the hotel was a little gem. Central and yet tucked away from the touristy area. Lovely service and everything on your doorstep. Certainly would use the hotel again.

Naples may be dirty, but it isn't scary. The hotel Augusteo was great, lady very welcoming and obliging, son speaks good English. Location fine, a cheap (1.20 euro) bus ride from train station or walk to it through the historic centre towards Piazza Municipio. The narrow street can be busy, but with double glazing, noise wasn't a problem. Breakfast not great, only packaged stuff, but morning coffee was a nice touch. Free internet too. Heartily recommended.

This was our second trip to Naples but our first time we've stayed the b&b. The rooms were clean but quite noisy. At night the noise comes from the scooter which speed around the side streets. The location is very convenient right in the city center and it is easy to reach by bus from the airport. Breakfast is only served in the room and is not amazing. There are quite a few shops around and a fridge in our room so we could buy some things to eat which was convenient. The owners were friendly and tried to be helpful. I would stay there again since the location is very convenient and the price was good.

This is a very nice place to be. The room is nice, clean, quiet (our window was giving onto an interior patio), the breakfast is served into the room, the staff is sympathic. When we arrived the first day we have been afraid of the bad condition of the building and the surroundings, but the B&B is totally renovated and the location in the typical "spanish district" is perfect to visit the city. The only problem is that we couldn't pay with the credit card because the phone line was out of order, as well as the wifi in the 2 last days of our stay.

the hotel is very clean and nice, but the rooms are in the third floor, the elevator is very small (one person and one bag). I was with my mother and was very stressfull to move the bags to the room. It's location is good, 2 blocks form a nice shopping stret but it's not nice to return to the hotel at night!!

We stayed 3 nights at this B&B on the edge of the Spanish Quarter. The street outside was narrow and scruffy between between tall buildings, hence my rating of 5 for surroundings, but if you like that sort of thing I would give it 10 for authentic atmosphere. Google Street View seemed to regard it as a no-go area but we felt quite comfortable there. Inside the B&B it was another world - clean trendy design, comfortable and spacious.

Beautiful spacious rooms, many with stove and sink, great value for place. Parking not hard to find and close, 20 euro a day. Great coffee in the morning, typical selection of packaged stuff, but they also brought a fresh cake, fruit was in the room on arrival.

It was our first time at Augusteo Bed and Breakfast. We found it absolutely perfect. The rooms are fully renovated, clean and spacious, and the staff we met was very kind and professional. We will surely go back there as we have the opportunity.

We stayed for two nights at B&B Augusteo in May. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, with good English, and gave us clear and useful directions for transport options. The B&B is within walking distance of the historic centre, and the ferry terminals, and the bus to the station. The area is gritty, and we were slightly cautious about walking around after dark, but we had no problems. The constant scooters are noisy if you leave the windows open, but the soundproofing in the room is good when they are closed. We enjoyed the very friendly informal restaurant almost next door.

This was my first time in Naples and it's a grity town that has been overtaken by motorbikes. With that said the hotel is located in heart of of town right behind the Auguseto furnicular (trolley). The area is not very clean but so is most of Naples anyways. The hotel staff was nice, helpful and friendly. I couldn't get the wireless internet to work but not a big deal. The bathroom was clean but very small and not recommended for large people. The hot water in the shower cycled from hot to cold but I just played with the dial to make it work. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The steet noise, mainly motorbikes, was loud and didn't seem to end util around 4 a.m. If you are a light sleeper you will have issues but for the price, it was safe, clean and private. I would recommend this place if your options are limited and don't want to get jammed in a room with six other sketchy people in some hostel. The street noise was anyoing but there are motorbikes everywhere and I think you'll have the same issues at most other hotels in the same price range. Transportation to/from the trainstation requires zigzagging between furniculars to the metro. The area looks sketchy but it is very close to the main strip and combined with the noise at night is the reason why I rate my overall stay to a 7.

Excellent place to stay, hotel staff very friendly. Big, clean, well decorated rooms in a convenient location. Difficult to find however so I would recommend a taxi to it first time round. My one and only complaint would be that it is slightly loud at night, only due to Naples being full of people on scooters who like to beep their horns! Could not fault the B&B and would definitely return.

The B&B was really great. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was very helpful suggesting places to eat and things to do as well as providing maps. The location was great- A 5 minute walk to the bus that runs to and from the train station. There were plenty of shops around and things to see. If I were to return to Naples, I would stay at Augusteo.

Excellent position to visit the beautiful city of Naples. From b&b Augusteo you can easily walk to the main attractions of the city in a few minutes. It is also close to public transport (buses and funicolare). Rooms are spacious and clean, but quite noisy during the day. During the night they are quiet and you can have a good sleeping. The staff is kind.
