b&b - exterior Bed and Breakfast Villa S. Nicolino b&b - exterior Located near the medieval town of Morrovalle between the Appenin Mountains and the Adriatic Sea in the Marche Region of Central Italy, San Nicolino is a 15th Century villa overlooking the Chienti Valley.

Its unobstructed position allows for spectacular views of the "Sibillini" Mountains just an hours drive away while the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea can be reached within 15 minutes thanks to a four lane highway just two kilometers from the villa.

Private Parties:
Our 2 acre landscapped lot is ideal for wedding ceremonies, business meetings, birthdays and any social event during the summer months which, in this part of Italy, usually lasts from mid April to mid October. Arrangements can be made with local caterers to supply anything from light lunches to full course meals.

Vince and his wife welcomed us warmly at their beautiful property. We stayed in a double corner room that was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Throughout our stay Vince was extremely helpful in helping us plan our daily sightseeing and making dinner reservations at local restaurants. The whole experience was far superior to that of a normal hotel stay and we would happily return in the future!

A fantastic place to stay with hosts that make you feel so welcome - we really couldn't have asked for more. The villa is beautifully maintained and feels more like a five star hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. A truly fabulous place to stay - I can't recommend this highly enough!!

We were welcomed at the car when we arrived and taken into the owner's home,that is how it continued to feel throughout our stay. The food was excellent and their hospitality overwhelming. The location and villa itself are beautiful and have to be seen to be believed!

This was easily the best place we have ever stayed in Italy the welcome was wonderful. The care and attention to detail magnificent. We could not fault it in any way at all and would recomend it to all our friends if we believed it would not be fully booked up when we want to stay again.
