Our instructions said the B@B would be open at 5:00 PM After waiting for half an hour we almost left when the owner arrived. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. Our host gave us some god information of what to see and gave us literature and maps for us to locate. The breakfast was ok.

We had to leave at 05.00 am to airport, and the owners of Il Casale didn't prepare any coffee or something else for us. No refund or rebate for the breakfast we didn't get. The garden wasn't very nice, and they had no special room for the breakfast so the first day we had it outside and it was raining ! Not very impressive...

Everything was ok except that we had had a lot of difficulty to find the place at first. Room was nice and quiet. We didn't talk a lot with the owners baut theirs breakfast were excellent! Especially the fig marmelade!!!...

No staff, only 2 hosts: very friendly and helpfull. Property hard to find, partially due to wrong indications in english in "How to reach the property". Property itself not clearly indicated in advance. Due to different day schedules we did not meet other guests.

B&B owners were nice, a bit poor breakfast (nice home made cake, a couple of bread slices but nothin more). Quite and nice place, closer to Siena more than to Monteriggioni (maybe better choice). Everything was nice even Ameliè-style garder dwaries.

Nice room, nice people, home made cakes for breakfast. Close to Siena and Val D'Orcia.

My wife and me spent three days on Easter holidays at Il Casale. The staff was very friendly, our room very clean and spacious and the breakfast delicious: We had each day home baked cake in the garden! Siena is 10 min by car and if you prefer a quiet place in the Toscany then I can highly recommend Il Casale.

Tutto bene, è soltanto un po' fuori mano.

A beautiful place, slightly off the beaten track. It took us a while to find the place since we arrived after dark but the hospitality and serenity of the place easily compensated. Breakfast is served in the garden, fruit from the garden's trees (!!) with music in the background. A couple of cold beers accompanied the keys to our room which was actually a small apartment on the entrance floor of the house. Alex and Robert were very cooperative hosts. The addition of a hair dryer would have made it even more comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay there. We had a difficult time finding the place, but once we were there it was wonderful! The owners made us feel like Queens with the welcoming of refreshments and music. The apartment was cozy and clean. Our buffet breakfast was amazing and the atmosphere relaxing and fresh! We all give this place 4 stars for a B&B!!!
