877-662-6988It has been totally restored according to the rules of BIOARCHITECTURE, using exclusively natural materials such as lime, wood and stone, natural earths and beeswax for finishings; a geobiologist has identified and measured electromagnetic fields, Hartmann's knots and the spaces have been subdivid and the beds positioned accordingly.
For breakfast, and vegetarian dinners - that can be prepared upon request - we only use organic products either directly from the farm or bought locally.

Innkeepers contacted us directly offering a lower price than the one listed on Venere, and then did not honor it once we stayed, saying since we booked on Venere, they had to charge us the additional fees. The person who was friendly and in contact with us via our e-mail booking was nowhere to be found on the premises and we ended up dealing with a rather curt innkeeper who immediately told us she was far too busy to offer us an evening meal (something advertised on the website) since she had a full house a few days later and needed to prepare for them. All in all, although the property is situated beautifully, the appointments are quite sparse, the decor spartan, and the bed/pillows arrangement rather uncomfortable. We were served breakfast of breads and jam with no butter or any kind of protein, one cup of coffee each, with no possibility for a second, since the innkeeper disappeared immediately after serving. We were hoping for Italian hospitality, and instead were disappointed with officiousness and indifference instead. For the 130 Euros, there are lots of other choices with many more amenities to be had, and far more warmth shown to the guests. The "bio pool" listed with such zeal is nothing more than an extremely algae-laden pond filled with frogs, mosquitoes, and lots of insects. NOTHING anyone would want to swim in, even on the hottest day!

The employers are not so competent but friendly. however the landscapes and the room are really really nice. maybe we stayed in the wrong day..

A beautiful a quiet place to stay with friendly hosts and glorious views both up the hill to the town and down into the valley. The property will soon boast an "organic swimming pool" otherwise known as a "pond".
Room Details
King size bed, 220cm, with a solid wood frame treated with beeswax. The springs consist of a double layer, of evaporated beech placed upon three latex elements that allow perfect adaptability The mattress is a cotton futon, the pillows are made with miller, the sheets are in natural fibres and the blankets in pure wool.The floors are in solid wood and treated with beeswax; the heating system is placed within the walls that themselves radiate giving a homogeneous feeling of warmth; but what is most important to us is that our system of energy management is the fruit or a complex study that has enabled us to obtain heat and energy essentialty from 'natural and renewable sources such as sun and wood. The edge of the outside garden is marked by three great secular pine trees which ìn the summer create a precious area, shady and cool.
Together wlth our two children we live on the ground floor of the villa whilst on the first and second floor we have 3 suites (approx. 40 sqm) with private bathroom and 1 dobleroom, with private bathroom (approx. 21 mt) for those guests who would rather enjoy a family atmosphere and more human spaces instead of a hotel. All the rooms have an electric current dìsjoiner that switches off all electrlc tension as soon as the last light is turned off and thus cancels the presence of any electromagnetic field .
