The old farmhouse, dating from 1874,is typical of the area and has been carefully and lovingly rebuilt and modernised, keeping the warmth and authenticity of its origins while offering first class accommodation; it’s ready to welcome you and offer you those small attentions which make the "difference" !
The house is surrounded by a large, shady garden with a spectacular view over Montepulciano and the hills around - a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
Just the position of the house is , in hitself, an attraction of no mean order; it nestles on the hillside overlooking Montepulciano and one can relax in the garden with a glass of Chianti to hand and allow one’s troubles to fade gently away…the peace and quiet here are a real therapy…

The house offers its guests four beautiful, beamed suites, with antique furniture (even a four-poster bed ), each consisting a double bedroom and bathroom.The sitting-room, where breakfast is served, is communal, and has an enormous fireplace.Is it possible to rent all the flat as appartment with kitchen.
There is a very romantic depandance with double room, bathroom and kitchen in the middle of the garden
