Bed and Breakfast Mirella - Monopoli

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The B&B was very much in character with the Trulli setting. We will stay here again when we next visit.

The staff was very competent and professional. We met people of several nationalities. Even Israel.

A lovely B&B which was just right for a 2 night stay and a great base from which to explore the Monopoli area.

We spent 6 days at Mirella. We enjoyed the hospitality of Rosa and her enthousiasm. The rooms are very nice - especially the 'Trulli'-room - and they are clean. The breakfast was more than okay with bread, salami, fresh cheese(from a local farmer), capuccino, homemade chocolatcake... Our children loved the swimmingpool which was very clean. The B&B is located between Monopoli and Alberobello. It is the perfect location to visit the entire region(Locorotondo, Grotte Di Castellane, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare,...) We also could use the BBQ and Luigi was very helpful to get it started. Luigi and Rosa : Thank you for the very pleasant and relaxing stay at your B&B.

Dear Rosa, Claudette and I want to thank you very much for our wonderful stay and the received warm welcome and care in your lovely bed and breakfast facility on two separate occassions. We enjoyed very much meeting your family and new grandson. You made us feel a part of the Italian way of life. Our room was very nice, comfortable and romantic. The climate control in our room worked flawlessly. The swimmingpool and the surrounding grounds were a wonderful place to relax. In one word la dolce vita!! I recall how we arrived hungry and tired and how you immediately served us drinks and a bite to eat. We looked forward each morning to a nice breakfast with your personal attention and conversation, even in the French language at times. We will certainly come back if our path leads to southern Italy again. The surroundings, particularily Aberobello with its trulli's is very worthwile to visit. Rosa, our guest was wonderfull. She tried to make our stay as good as possible. The rooms were clean and the property was spaceous, the swimming pool was an extra. One minus was there was no internet connection. I could always go in the kitchen of the owner but a router would be easy. The breakfast wa very good also. If I ever wouls go and visit that region again i would go to Mirella again.

Rose offers really more than only Bed & Breakfast. The rooms are made with love and are pretty new. You will get high service regarding cleaning (daily change of towells)and recommendations. The early morning swim in the pool....a warm croissant for breakfast. Like this the day starts perfect. Only the quitness of the room is a bit (still a bit)affected by the near street.Any way we come back!!!!

We have been staying in a real trullo wich was a really nice experience. The location of the B&B is very good to explore the whole Valle d'Itria, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Matera but you will need a car. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious (the owner is flexible in case you have any kind of dietary restrictions), car park is safe and the environment is beautiful. Highly recommended.

We've had a wonderful stay with Mirella B&B whereby we can honestly assure you that you will receive a 5* experience with the warm-hearted welcome and care of your hosts! The surroundings are beautiful, it's ideally located to visit all the highlights of Puglia!

A good bed&breakfast. Swimmingpool is a plus. You need a car to visit the surroundings. We had a very nice and relax stay for one week.
