Bed and Breakfast Il Trulletto - Monopoli

Genial hosts on a small olive farm. We stayed in the non-trullo part of the house in new big rooms that were comfortable but perhaps had a little too much furniture! The shower was TINY - even for the children, so not recommended for tall/ larger framed people. The hosts were very friendly and wanted to be helpful and they coped well with our few words of Italian and lots of sign language since they didn't speak any English. Breakfast catered to your specific wants. Payment needs to be made in cash and there was no WiFi or internet connection available. We had trouble finding the house with a detour into Monopoli. After directions from the Tourist Office in Monopoli (a feat to find in itself!) we found the general location and asked a local who actually got in his car and led us to the B&B. A nice restaurant nearby recommended by the hosts. Be sure to print out the map and even ask for further directions if you're coming from a different direction than the one listed.
