Perfect, especially the terrace with view on the sea. We could use the kitchen for dinner and then eat on the terrace, very nice! Everything you need was available for cooking. We also could use the washing machine. Antonio was very helpful and welcoming. The room was pretty, with also a balcony with a view on the sea and private bathroom. You'll have to go up lots of steps to get Free Holiday, but it worths it! If you need to do some shopping, the people of the small supermarket down the stairs was really lovely. Grazie mille Antonio!

We were very welcomed by our host Anthony who was very personable and made every effort to satisfy our every need and introduce us to the area. Even providing us with a cell phone just in case. The accomodations were spacious ,tranquil and breakfasts were wonderful .We highly recommend this B & B.

We would rate 11 if we could. Everything was great. The owner Antonio is a wonderful host who does anything and everything to make you comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding - after enjoying it, we only thought about food again in the evening. B&B is full of information about area attractions. Antonio recommended some restaurants but B&B was so nice that we decided to stay there every night enjoying some wine and the fantastic view. Every day when we got "home" we found a cup of home-made (by Antonio's mom)Limoncello in the fridge. We are recommending this place to everyone we know visiting the region and will definitely stay there again. Next time we will stay longer!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. We were requested to call the owner, Roberto, when arriving in Minori. On the phone, he told us to go to an address which was different from that of his property. He refused to give us any explanations. We went to that other place which was a B&B at the entrance of Minori (coming from Amalfi), right on the main road, on which traffic is crazy. We refused to stay there and requested explanations, putting hard pressure on the woman that had "welcomed" us. After telling us she didn't know why Roberto had sent us to her place, she dropped the word ... OVERBOOKING. We called Roberto on the phone and asked him again for explanations. He answered that there was a tubing problem in the bathroom. We said that we wanted to meet him face to face to discuss the topic. He first refused, saying that he was sleeping (it was 3 PM), because he had a night job. He then finally came 20 minutes later. He was hardly polite, offered no excuses, went on with his bathroom explanation, but said later in the conversation that "usually clients are happy with the B&B" he sent us to. "And anyway, it is only for one night"... For us, the case is quite clear : the tubing problem in the bathroom was BOGUS, the true explanation was overbooking (he probably found someone staying several nights). But even in the hypothesis his explanations were true, the way all this took place is totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Knowing that it is very difficult to find a last minute replacement accomodation with a decent price/quality relationship in Ravello area , THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING at B&B Free Holidays!!

B&B Free Holiday was very special, Antonnio our host did everything to make sure we had a great time. The room and view was lovely, and the breakfast, although a little sweet was good. We could not reccomend B&B highly enough to anyone wishing to spend a magical time on the Amalfi Coast.

We had a wonderful stay at free holiday B&B in the Zagara room which was fabulous with it's very spacious private terrace, would recommend to anybody.Everywhere was spotlessly clean and Antonio was the perfect host. Nothing was to much trouble always happy to help and give advice, wonderful breakfast served on the terrace each morning enjoying the wonderful veiws over the town to the sea and across the mountains to Ravello.Free Holiday B&B was far superior than I had imagined, a great stay in a wonderful part of Italy. We had an amazing stay at FREE HOLIDAYS B&B !! The position of the B&B was perfect up on the hill overlooking the town and the sea and yet only a short distance down into the heart of the town. The town of Minori was great too: with lots of great restuarants; ferries to the other towns along the coastline and it was somehow 'calmer' and not as touristy as some of the other popular towns. Antonio was a fabulous host providing us with a warm welcome, loads of info on the area and things to do, as well as feeding us with home made delights and the best breakfasts in Italy ! We would definately recommend FREE HOLIDAYS B&B to all who are going to visit the Amalfi Coast, and we would definately go back to stay there if we visited again.

Free Holiday BnB was an excellent value for what was provided. Antonio was a great host rather than just the facility manager. He referred us to restauants, beaches, and shops in town that allowed us to meet and get to know townspeople. By the end of our 4 night stay we felt like we were actually living in Minori rather than just visiting. The facility had great views of the city and Ravello on the opposite hilltop. It is about 200 steps up from the beach but the climb home in the evening was worth it in order to enjoy the peace and quiet of the hillside as opposed to staying in town. Minori is also a great alternative to those looking to get awasy from the touristy and overpriced areas of Amalfi and Positano. Its also a great town if you want to practice your Italian and meet locals.

We had a good stay. Antonio's breakfast was very generous and we loved the fresh croissants each morning. The views were lovely. Having Antonio meet us in town and guide us to the B&B was essential. Don't think we would have found it otherwise. Liked Minori very much. Less touristy than the other Amalfi towns we visited. Would highly recommend this B&B.

We really enjoyed our stay with Antonio and would return again without hesitation. The Zagara Room had the best bathroom and outdoor area of anywhere we stayed in during our four month travels in Europe and the breakfasts were wonderful. I loved lying in the hammock under the lemon trees reading my book. Antonio was an excellent host and gave us 5 star treatment - nothing was too much trouble. The view over Minori, up to Ravello and to the ocean was gorgeous. It was a steep walk up the hill, but we could easily have driven if needed. We also parked the car right out the front too which was a bonus. The location is great - so easy to access the Amalfi Coast and its surrounding area from here, and a much nicer town than the others. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Try the lemon creme gelati!! Overall, a brilliant B&B which I would strongly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. Thank you, Antonio and good luck with your endeavours! Kerrie x

It was Fantastic, Antonio usually meets his guests at the petrol station near the main strip, but we made our way to the B&B. When we called him he met us there, (he was at dinner with his own family). He made sure we were comfortable, showing us the room & breakfast area. He recommended places for dinner & showed us how to get around. The place itself was magnificent with some of the best veiws on the coastline. The spread for breakfast & fruit was both delicous and amazing. We will be back

Antonio (the host at Free Holidays) made every effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The B&B is set in a beautiful garden with wonderful views down to the beach, and every morning we had a fantastic breakfast on the terrace enjoying the panorama. We would definitely stay there again.

Well located in the hills above Minori, about 10 minutes walk or a short drive from the town. Car parking available(no charage)which is a great plus in the Amalfi area! There are only three rooms, one has private facilities, the other two share, so you may wish to specify the former. All rooms have lovely views over Minori town and beach/harbour, and the surounding hills, including Ravello. A fine breakfast is served on the terrace, with the same views. If you make a booking be prepared to honour it fully. We met a couple who had to pay the full amount when they had to leave a day early! Overall I would be happy to stay again if in the area.

If we hadn't been met in town and led to the unit, I doubt if we could have found it on our own. Lovely terrace and gardens. Above the town with a view of Ravello and Minori. Cash only.

Excellent views, a huge breakfast and a genial host. Location is not convienent without a car and involves a tough walk up a steep roadway without any taxi or bus service. Beware that beneath the hosts genial vinear we experienced extreme hostility and agression with threats to access our credit card and to call police after we gave 48 hours notice of our wish to leave one day earlier than our 8 day plan. Rooms can be noisy with a family residence above and all rooms opening into the same shared area. Would not stay there again.

We recommend the B&B "Free Holidays" to people who prefer a feeling of "coming home" to the one of "arriving at the hotel". The B&B is led by very caring Antonio who makes most delicious breakfast. The "Zagara" room as well as the bathroom (you unfortunately have to enter through another door next to yours) were very clean and also the private terrace we enjoyed a lot.

Free Holidays is a very nice place to stay with probably the best breakfast available on the Amalfi Coast! Lovely views from the terrace & Antonio & his sister Pina are very friendly & helpful. Only drawback is that it is situated quite a long walk up from the town so would best suit those travelling with a car.

We stayed at a variety of places during our recent trip to Italy, and this b&b offered us more than any other place, including large hotels. Zagara Room - which is the best of three - has its own terrace overlooking the village and the sea. Breakfast prepared by the owner's sister is better than we have seen anywhere else (ask her to make you a capuccino!): fresh juices, different jams, several cheeses, freshly baked rolls, etc. She also offers - at 20 euro per person - an excellent local cuisine dinner with wine, several courses, desert, and five different flavors of limoncello. Parking is available free of charge. Minori is a typical coastal village, much quieter than nearby Amalfi, with pretty good beach and superb restaurants. We regret that we did not budget more time for our stay there.

It would have been very helpful to have directions to reach the property. It took us over 45 minutes of drving to find it. We only recognized it by the web site pix. There was no obvious sign - and no one home when we arrived after an all night flight from NY and 3 hour drive. We finally/luckily found someone in town who knew the property and made a phone call for us - and we were then promptly met and led to the house. Other than that - our stay would have been completely perfect. The hosts were gracious and friendly - the property clean and very pretty/private. Your website needs to indicate that you need a car. It was a very long, steep walk to town and back (luckily we did). We'd return.
