ALTHOUGH WE ARRIVED ABOUT 11 PM AT NIGHT ,WE WERE MADE TO FEEL VERY WELCOME BY OWNERS GEORGE AND CHIARA.GEORGE SPEAKS VERY GOOD ENGLISH AND WAS VERY HELPFULL WITH DIRECTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS TO ENJOY OUR 3 DAY STAY IN MILAN.THE BEDROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE AND ADJACENT TO A PRIVATE BATHROOM.THE ENTIRE APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN.

How to reach B&B Italia - LO84

By car
The B&B is easily reachable by the Tangenziale Est, exit Lambrate, following the indications to Milano centro.

By train
The B&B is 15 minutes walk or by tram from the railway station Milano centrale.
Guests can take bus number 93 or tram number 11, 23, or 33.

By airplane
The B&B is 20 minutes by taxi from the Milano Linate airport and 50 minutes from the Milano Malpensa airport. Buses for the airports can be taken at the railway station Milano centrale.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 5 p.m. It is necessary to arrive at the B&B not later than 8 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE MOMENT OF THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY
The Bed & Breakfast Italia Reservations Department will issue a credit card authorization form, to be completed and returned prior to confirmation of your booking, after which you will receive the full address of your B&B. Your credit card will be charged upon confirmation of your reservation.
