B&B Bicocca in Via Cipriani - Milan

Very nice little hotel. Free wireless internet is provided throughout the building. There is space for several cars or bikes in the yard of the hotel. You need approximately 30 minutes to get to the center (several stops by tram and several by metro). If you are a light sleeper, you might have problems with the railway line, which passes on not more than 200 meters away from the hotel (I could hear the trains, but didn't have any problems with that). Stuff is very helpful and the service is quick. Breakfast is very basic. All in all, very good place for a quick visit to Milan.

While bit out of the way, this hotel has the potential to be good, but it's not there yet. The staff was helpful and friendly and all spoke English but it is not comprised of real hotel people and a lot of details went overlooked.

Although not in central area, good and efficient public transport is available. We found scum on the floor wich wasn't cleared away during our 2 day stay. Property in a quiet part of Milano (Bicocca), still a bit loudy chat in the courtyard during one of the nights. Breakfast very humble. Would recommand first of all for young travellers since the price is convenient.

This was the best choice for a budget traveller. I stayed there for 3 nights, I got double room, but my bathroom was on the corridor (but it was always available when I wanted to use it). If someone talked on the corridor, I heard it pretty clear. But rooms were clean, spacious, FREE air conditioner (it is REALLY neccessary!)and TV (I found MTV channel). Of course at first I didn't find this hotel and a taxi helped me, but after I asked staff to tell me where to go, and it is amazing how simple and easy is to go there by tram and metro. It is located away from centre, but by tram+metro you get everywhere! Breakfast was good: bread, fresh juices, cereals, yoghurts, croissants, marmalades, coffee and so on. So I had a pleasant stay and I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, nice clean rooms also relatively new. Overall best value for money in the city.

Great hotel, with an excellent quality/price ratio. The rooms are simple, clean, comfortable and quiet (with a little preference for the rooms on the first floor). Free parking and free internet connection, a rarity in Milan (the rarity is the word "free"). All the staff is very friendly. The head receptionist is a very nice wonderful girl. She manages the hotel in a professional way, with efficiency and cleverness. Hotel higly recommended!
