This was our first B&B and what a treat! The rooms were quaint, clean, comfortable, and it had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast they served was delectable. They were very accomodating and had the coffee ready for our early flight home. We'll definitely be back to stay on another trip.

Highlights: free parking, small but freshly made breakfast (mini fruit salad, omelette, toast with jam) and orange juice. Coffee/tea for self service. Only five blocks away from beach/ocean drive!!!! Lowlights: the rooms in the main house (above the reception) are partly only available with shared bathroom wich is very old (bath). The night door/gate was often closed loudly by clients and air conditioning unfortunately also loud. Definetly choose one of the rooms on the other side of the pool. Could be more quiet over there?!

Similar to comments from previous guests, we can state that SoBeYou was a good hotel in a good location in Miami Beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent; and, the staff was very pleasant. We would definitely stay at SoBeYou again if we were to return to Miami Beach.

This is a very good place to stay, if you're looking for a place to be in silence. It's around 6 blocks from Ocean Drive, which is close. The staff is very happy, helpful and do all the possible to make you feel at home. The pool is available including at early night.

The location is perfect. The bathroom is to small for a stay longer than one night. Nadia and her team are all wonderful, helpful and very nice.

The manager, Lena, made our stay a wonderful experience. She provided information on area beaches, restuarants, nightlife and area attractions. Being Bed and Breakfast visitors in many areas of the northeast as well as St. Croix she by far excedes other managers and concierges.

Wenn man ankommt wird man herzlich empfangen und bekommt alle Tips von den supernetten und überaus hilfbereiten Hotelangestellten. Sie buchen alle Ausflüge so günstig und komfortabel wie möglich und sagen einem die besten Restaurants der Gegend, machen Reservierungen, zeichnen Supermärkte in die Karte (Bio und normal).... Man hat einen Kühlschrank für sich auf dem Zimmer und so immer kühle Getränke!

The B&B entrance is on the left, at the intersection of 10th and 11th Street.
