we are a family of 2 adults and 3 children (12, 7, 2). we had a very hard time finding it with the GPS which was not familiar with all of the roads but the b&b was perfect for our needs. we had an apartment to ourselves with a very large bedroom, separate bathroom\shower and separate dining area. everything was immaculate. very convenient to reach venice by local bus. we were also able to get anything we needed in the local town. atillio and the entire family were very warm and helpful. the only downside is that the room is stocked with prepackagaed pastries for breakfast. fresh bread would make this place perfect!

I recommend it. The owners were very friendly and had a lot of information for us: situation map with points of interests, time-tables and situation of buses (even they provided us with a pair of tickets for the first day!!). Very well furnised cooking room and excelent breakfast every morning. Safe parking space into the villa. EXCELLENT!!

The owner can speak french or english Hotel very well situated. 20 minutes to Venice by bus. Bus stop in front of the hotel. I recommand this B&B to anybody looking for good accomodations at a reasonnable price.

Modern accomedations, spaceios. Charming family, helpfull and warm (even picked us up by car at Venice on an evening there was a strike).

This place is a gem. As a family we often go self-catering and are sometimes disappointed. In this case, however, everything was very much as or better than advertised. We thought we were getting a B&B in a family house but what is provided is actually a new self-contained flat. The bedroom was large with a TV. There was also a radio plus CD player which made us regret for not bringing our CD's with us.The bathroom was modern with a shower, nice washbasin and bidet and shower. Loads of towels were provided, much to our surprise and the rooms were cleaned every day . The provision of a kitchen for our exclusive use sounded too good to be true but it really was as advertised. The breakfast (neatly arranged every day) was continental and more-or-less on par with that we were given at a three-star hotel in Venice. As visitors from England we could have done with a kettle, tea pot and tea cosy though! Another surprise was a small patio with table, chairs and sun umbrella outside. The bus stop to Venice was about thirty yards from the flat. There were two fast(about 20 minutes) buses to Venice every hour but the slower buses ran more frequently. All members of the family were friendly and helpful. We recommend this place!!

How to reach B&B Venice

By car
When you arrive at the highway barrier of Mestre continue straight in direction Trieste for a few km. Exit at Mestre-via Terraglio-Treviso, continue in direction Venice, at the second traffic lights turn on the left (you are in Favaro Veneto), go on for 800 meters and you are in Piazza Pastrello, turn left in direction Dese, Marcon (you are in via Altinia), the third street on the left is via Sant' Andrea. The B&B is placed at n° 6 (at the corner with via Altinia).

By train
From the railway station Venice S. Lucia:
From Piazzale Roma take bus line 19 or 4, get off at the second stop in Via Altinia, Favaro Veneto (it takes fifteen minutes). Cross the road and you are in via Sant'Andrea. The B&B is placed at n° 6 (at the corner with via Altinia).

From the Venice airport
From the airport go to the public ACTV bus stop (you can get the tickets nearby before getting on). Catch bus line 15 direction Favaro Veneto, get off at the second stop in via Altinia. Cross the road and you are in via Sant'Andrea. The B&B is placed at n° 6 (at the corner with via Altinia).

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from midday until 10 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking in the outdoor parking lot is included in the price.
Free shuttle service to the Venezia Marco Polo airport and Mestre railway station.
Shuttle service to the Treviso airport is not included and costs €20,00 per car. The price may vary.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
