Simple clean basic spacious rooms, The reception only in Italian, so I had some trouble communicating. Vending machine in Hall. Never figured out how to get the free breakfast, as I do not speak Italian. very good wifi, was left alone and not bothered. Fantastic restaurant close by, called Beppis. I strongly recommend for anyone who wants an affordable clean spacious room. If you are looking for hotel comforts this is not for you, but the best B&B I have stayed in.

This is, of course, dirt cheap accommodation and that is what your get. My suggestion, don't bother waiting for breakfast, just get coffee and a (fresh) croissant at the bar accross the street. The best thing was the restaurant recommended by the manager.

Very nice people, they gave me a very warm welcome. I enjoyed my stay at Caponi Bros. Clean and modern bed- and bathroom. Breakfast basic,but okay. The train station is just a five-minute walk away. I would recommend this B&B!

Very clean and quiet place, excellent for spending a short time on you way into or out of Venice. Very well located, near the railway station. There are some stairs and no elevator. The receptionist is very kind, they have internet access. Bathroom is very clean and functional. They don't seem to have cable TV, but who cares? You're in Italy! - Strongly recommended.

The rooms, are perfectly cleaned, very spacious and bright, with great window or balcony exposed to the sun! I am well accessoriate also for long periods, every room includes: tv, tv lcd, fhon, heating, conditioned air, possible connection wireless.bathroom its' two and outside,very clean.To the arrival in the apartment, will come endowed with keys for the total independence! towels and tourist material are furnished.bathroom its' outside but always clean.

How to reach The Caponi Bros Bed and Breakfast
By carAnd' possible to reach the structure in auto, reaching the station of Mestre, leaving her/it to the shoulders, to follow for street Piave, principal road in front of the station.
To turn to the right, left after all to reach away sernaglia, to turn to the left and the first one to the right: away with the moschin 4 B&Bs "the caponi bros."
