Bed and Breakfast Mestrina - Mestre

Pleasant interior, the big wardrobe in a room, qualitative materials. On kitchen there is all necessary for cooking, including coffee makers. However, in a refrigerator was obviously not enough meal for our breakfasts. It was necessary to buy their. The parking before B&B free, but very small, and not always is places. Andre was so it is kind, has given us sheet with the important information. The stop of the bus to Venice is directly opposite, through road from B&B. The bus goes minutes 15. As a whole, stay here has left average impression. And we here the second time would not lodge any more

Poor breakfast, noisy street

Very poor breakfast, some pictures dont match with the real property.

This apartment was clean, fresh and comfortable with a spacious bedroom, bright kitchen and a private bathroom. We received a warm welcome from the apartment owner who was more than happy to assist with all our queries. There are bus stops just down the street where you can catch a bus to the canals of Venice or Venezia Mestre train station very easily. The Mestre area was less touristy than that of the canal region, and therefore quiet and good value for money.

Great place to stay at a good price. Easy to go to Venezia by bus (4 stations) and the stop is near the B&B. I would recommend to anybody who wants to stay to visit this famous town. One or two exceptions : breakfast is poor...the cooking is possible, but microwave is not clean...:-(

Stupenda vacanza in un super accogliente appartamento comodissimo con bus per centro di Venezia. Unica pecca il fatto che la colazione te la prepari da solo ma all'ora che vuoi!

First time at mestrina B and B ,the owner was not that empatic.We seems to disturb himself on his home.

Andrea was very hospitable and even let me cook my own eggs on his stove. A nice big breakfast, quiet, spacious, clean room and bathroom and lots of privacy. Worth going back to. Just a bus ride away from Venice itself.

Très grande chambre, cuisine, 3 chambres à coucher. très propre...été rénové depuis peu. Accueil chaleureux. 2 salles de bain complètes. A 15 minutes de Venise en bus, en face de l'appart. Epicerie proche et trattoria pour les soupers pas trop chers...

Good accom, could not fault.

Ce n'est pas un vrai Bed&Breakfast. Le proprio a plusieurs appartements qu'il loue à la nuit. Le matin au dépard on ne voit personne. on laisse les clés dans la cuisine et on claque la porte. Pas super convivial. Petit dèj sous vide. A 10 min en bus de venise.

This is a good alternative to staying in expensive Venice. It was very easy to get to Venice on the bus which was cheap (1 euro) and left from a stop just down the road. The breakfast was disappointing - prepackaged food (muffins, cakes etc). The apartment has two guest rooms and a very spacious communal lounge.

The address is not the real one, because we have to go to another place. But it is not far away and the owner is very kind.

Everything was very good. Host was very helpful and gave very detailed info. Location is excellent for travellers to Venice. One and only thing to be improved is quantity of breakfast (there was no bread available at all, only fast food).

Very good location, nice welcome, and as we were the only visitor we had in fact all the appartment at our disposal. One advice: ask the owner detalied indications about how to find the BB if you are by car, as it is quite challenging! Also, you could ask the owner to save a free parking place for you- which might save some money for you:)

Andrea, the owner, works hard to be a great host. Very friendly and willing to provide directions and other information. The downside is the awkward system to get in his B&B. Once you find the building (the street number is hard to spot), you need to call one of the apartments, but you do not know which one! The breakfast is poor. "Private parking" means that you need to park your car two blocks away for 8 euros per day. On the other hand, access to Venice by bus is excellent.

Near of Venezia, spacious and confortable.

The used room was OK despite the private bathroom being located in the corridor. The breakfast is very simple...poor.

The owner is not very nice. our bathroom was far from the room (it was behind the kitchen) and it was embaressing to cross the apartment for the bathroom. The hot water did not last for everyone in the apartment. i had to take a shower in cold water on a cold day. It wasn't pleasant. I wouldn't return there.
