Il Sorriso dei Sassi is composed of the first two floors of a mansion built between late 1700 and early 1800 over a series of ancient underground dwellings dating back to 1000. These nineteenth-century buildings are made entirely from local stone called "tuff". Characterized by thick walls and more than a meter and sometimes features "barrel", these ancient architectural complexes constitute the so-called "fifth first" Sasso Caveoso.

Nestled in the upper part of the Sassi, our B & B overlooks the beautiful landscape below allowing visitors to enjoy a panoramic view privileged and unique spaces on both sides of '"La Gravina" and the prehistoric caves of Paleolithic and Neolithic that can be seen on the opposite side, natural setting and unique charm to the world not by chance chosen by many famous directors as a location for numerous films.
The B&B Ioffre its guests the experience of being able to stay in total relaxation in a typical historic home of the Stones without sacrificing the comfort of modern times. The features vaulted in stone as well as the rustic brick flooring will give you the experience of a fascinating step back in time and in the tradition of an ancient city. Reflecting its modern furniture and functionality of the equipment available, combined with the reception and family services made available by management, will make you feel at ease as you were at home.

The B&B has split over 2 floors: 1 floor, raised from the street by a wide staircase, is the entrance leading into the reception area, equipped with a bathroom and sitting area.
From the reception leads then to the breakfast room, a spacious living room with kitchen, bar, air conditioning, satellite TV with large screen TVs and seating area.
Upstairs, however, there are 4 rooms including 2 Deluxe and Superior Deluxe 2.
