Bed and Breakfast La Casa d'A...mare - Maiori

Silvio was a fantastic host. His background in the hotel industry clearly shows. The only thing that separates this property from a much higher priced one is that the room didn't have a view of the ocean. Maiori was a great place to stay on the Amalfi Coast. We would stay at the Casa again without question.

We found the B and B very comfortable. especially our second room and the manager was very hospitable and informative Excellent value fo rmoney and we very much enjoyed our stay in Maiori

Very good value for money B&B. Silvio is a friendly host who relishes being availed upon for help and advice. The rooms and en-suite bathrooms are kept immaculately clean by he and his wife, who is also an excellent cook (don't miss the honey cake). You can relax with a drink on your balcony, ok there's no sea view but it's less than a five minute walk away and if you can do without the sea view and the pool then you won't do better than La Casa d'A..Mare

Hi! "La Casa d'A...mare" is the most cleanest bed & breakfast or hotel that we've ever seen in Italy!!! The atmosphere is extremely familiar because there are only 3 rooms (but they are quite big) to rent and so it's not crowded! Another positive aspect is, that you really get in touch with the owners. They are so welcoming and friendly and there's always time for some joking, small talk, good advices for tourists,...! The rooms do have balconies and there is a supermarket right under the Bed & Breakfast. There are lots of shops, nice beaches and restaurants near the location! Finally we'd like to say, that the feeling about spending the vacation in this bed & breakfast is more like a visit in an Italian family's flat! I really recommend this to anybody who doesn't like huge, anonymous hotels! Thank you and bye, bye!

La Casa is very easy to find, in a very convenient location: tough Maiori is not the most beautiful of Amalfi Cost´s cities, it is beautiful enough, quit and pleasant, and everything (Capri, Amalfi, Positano, etc)is at a striking distance (even by bus). The room is gorgeus, large, with tub and a lovely balcony, where we had a wonderful wine and cheeses night! Silvio was very helpful and willing to please us. There is parking space (for an extra charge) and an elevator to give our tired knees a rest!
