It's the best place to visit Madrid if you don't have a lot of money to spend... the hotel isvery next to the gran via, the commercial heart of Madrid, and the underground (one of the best in the world!) station, is exactly in front of the access to the hotel. I had a very good time in flat5madrid

The website gives a good indication of what to expect. Rooms are small, but are laid out with great care. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great location with easy access to the Metro and the Plaza Mayor area. Lovely little cafe on the corner for breakfast if you don't want the "breakfast in bed" offered by the hotel.

Flat5Madrid was a perfect stay for me and my friend. We loved the breakfest that was brought in our room. The people who work at Flat5 were very nice. The rooms are not big, but big enough for staying a few days.

Actually it is the perfect rate for people having a small budget and looking for the most of services and confort. There is only one major objection concerning the quietness of the room (Nr.502). The proximity of the lift-up machinery and the bad isolation of the rooms can disturb us during the night. Anyway we recommand this hotel!

I stayed at Flat5Madrid for my first time on 1st of Dec and I'm sure I will come back if I'll visite Madrid again. I was with a friend of mine. We liked the cleanliness of the room and staff competence. The relationship between price and quality is excellent!
