giunti all'hotel la prenotazione non risultava! Organizzazione deplorevole. Il titolare mi ha accompagnato in un altra struttura* dopo che rifiutai una sistemazione da una affittacamere ( sua moglie) con bagno in comune!!!!! * Hotel Giada.

L'Arancio is a regular classical concrete building right on a street, not as in the photo. Rooms are fine, but service is incredibly bad. Office is impossible to find. Manager was completely distracted, disinterested, and in fact absent (no one there in evening and following morning). Had to insist to get a receipt. Until some positive reviews are posted, no one should go to this place if they care about service.

We arrived very late in the evening and after looking for the address we first came to the wrong property (there are more houses with the same address in Lucca). At the end we found the property and were welcomed by the owner, which was very helpful at that late time. It could be helpful to include a map on the website in order to show the exact location of the property. Futhermore, one of the main pictures of the property seems not to correspond with the property itself. The room info on the website is not clear. It could possibly be explained what the difference between: - double en suite - double not in en suite - double with private bath - triple The surroundings are beautiful although we haven't seen much of it because we travelled further on the next morning. We had a nice stay.
