Wigmore Court Hotel - London

Excellent service, people are really nice. If you have a room at the back, it is very quiet.

What a fantastic little boutique hotel. From the time I checked in until the time I left, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. I travelled alone (female) from the U.S., and felt safe the entire time. I missed my flight home, and needed to stay an extra night (5 nights instead of 4), and the hotel staff accomodated the extra day for me with no problem. I had breakfast one day only (I'm not a breakfast eater), and it was very good. I wanted some good Italian food one night, and a gentleman at the front desk recommended a fabulous five star Italian restaurant that was only three blocks away at which I had dinner and I LOVED it. Overall, I can't say enough about the hotel and the wonderful staff. Free breakfast, free internet, great price, great location. What a great trip, and I can't wait to go back to London with my daughter. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is good, the problem is first time you come you have to arrive before 22:00, after that they go to sleep. After you check in you get the key to the front door. The location is good - close to Oxford street.

Hotel was well placed. Our room was at the back so it was quiet. It was on ground floor so views were as expected not great. Showers were vey hot but toilet was a bit dirty.

Ottima posizione

Despite the quality of the room, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that I hadn't a room because they were fully booked and probably the server didn't work well when I booked the room. this is the kind of thing that an internet user doesn't want to happen!!

Reception staff were polite and courteous.Room was comfortable and facilities functional/adequate.Noted that sink had crack in it.Heating ok.Shower/water temperature ok. Did not have opportunity to check dining area as had to leave before breakfast for appointment. General impression was that hotel would benefit from from some updating.Otherwise no serious complaints.
