There are house pets (a mouse in the room). They booked the price of one night from the credit card (misunderstanding?!?)and no reaction on the mails...

The room and bathroom are tiny. There is no lift. If your room is on upstairs with heavy or biy lugages, it will not be convenient. The photos showed on the website are much nicer than mine. I would recommend people to spend more instead of having a nice stay in London if you don't go out all the time. The location is all right. It is about 10-15 minutes to walk to the underground train stations, stores and restaurants. There is a big shopping mall close by with name brand stores and some nice restaurants (Westfield), 10-15 minutes walking distance.
