Il B&B Hazel Wood offre un'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, le camere sono pulite e ben arredate, il servizio e la colazione sono ottimi e la zona tranquilla. Il B&B dista 10 minuti dalla stazione metropolitana Boston Manor sulla Piccadilly line. La stazione si può raggiungere anche con l'autobus in pochi minuti. Ottimo per visitare la città di londra (40 minuti dal centro in metropolitana).

It is located in a residential neighborhood not very close to a tube station or shops and restaurants. The big problem is that nobody lives there except for the guests and two dogs, one of which growled menacingly on our arrival. Somebody is supposed to show up to check in guests and to prepare breakfast. Breakfast is supposed to be at 8, but one morning no one arrived until after 8:45. I think the dogs were wondering what was going on as well. One day, they didn't clean our room because the person responsible didn't have a key for our room. They could have left some clean towels by the door, but didn't. The management is only reachable by phone from inside the building. When we first arrived at about 1:30 in the afternoon, no one was there and we didn't have a workable cell phone. So, we had to stand around in front of the building for almost 30 minutes until a neighbor came home and we were able to use their cell phone. They wished us good luck. Not recommended!
