Cheap Apartments near Heathrow airport. Easily accessible by subway. Very good breakfast and the staff is very friendly. From this place man may very well visit the sights in London.

The staff at Benny's are very helpful particularly Thibault, the breakfast lady and the delightful young woman from Sri Lanka. The place has so much potential with its convenient location and helpful staff. However inadequate attention to detail brings the place down with a bump such as the polystyrene cups and plastic cutlery at breakfast are a major turn off, the disorganised breakfast area, the dirty marks on the walls and the carpets, lack of direction from the Tube Station (eg a simple direction such as on exit from the Tube Station turn left and walk 200 meters would have saved us time when tired on a dark and rainy night). The hitec bio-metric security system was welcome. A lot of potential but poor attention to detail resulted in a mediocre experience. I believe Bennie's Bed & Breakfast is seriously overpriced for the facilities and service provided. We will not be back.

The only drawback is street parking, other than that the rooms were clean well supplied and convenient. It is a little like a bedsit but I have no complaints, the service and attention from the owner/staff was very good and the location is also well placed.

This is a no frills B&B as the price suggests. We had the family room -- small and packed with a double bed and a bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top. We had a TV, coffee maker, private bath, kitchen sink and refrigerator with access to a microwave and stove in a room across the hall. Benny's has Wi-Fi and a computer for guest use in the registration/dining room. It is an old building. The stairs are narrow -- no elevator or porters, so be prepared to carry your bags to your room. Each person gets one towel. The room is cleaned every four days. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. On the day of our departure, the lady brought bagged sandwiches, fruit, cookies and water to our room because we had to leave before breakfast was served! Benny's is close to a tube station. It is easy to get to the center of London and to the airport. There is a nice pub (Crown and Rose) down the street, great for relaxing after a day of London sight-seeing. They also serve food. Everything we had was good and the portions are generous. If you do not need to be pampered, Benny's is an inexpensive (by London's standards) place to sleep.

I love Benny's B&B. If I only knew the tube stop was so close and it only takes 15-20minutes on the tube to get into centeral London, I would've booked this location for my entire trip instead of just 1-night. It is very easy to go to Heathrow and <£2 with Oyster card. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and it's really a great deal.

I stayed three nights as part of a trio of backpackers touring Europe. This hotel was a standout in the quality of lodgings. Though the location isn't the best, the service is very good, security is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. The only down-side was that there was no sense of community among the guests; I met not a single other guest in three days.

I will never forget this stay. Ben is spiritus movens of this hotel, GOOD man with BIG heart who makes everyone feels like home. I spend quite a big part of my life in hotels, but none of these 5 star international hotels compares to this simple but clean and charming B&B.

My daughter and myself stayed at Bennys B & B. It was our first stay in London. The hotel is basic, but absolutely spotless, and the staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble, even offering lifts in their car!!! Would definately recommend it, and would stay again. Plus its on the Picadilly line, a bonus!

Breakfast was interesting. You had to go next door for breakfast. There were probably 15 people waiting and 1 poor little woman running back and forth doing her best. The men (owners) were nowhere to be found. She could have set coffee, drinks, juice out on the table. Train station was convenient. Will not return. I do not recommend.

The owners and staff of Benny's went out of their way to provide a pleasant stay for us. They were friendly, extremely helpful, and genuinely interested in their clients. We felt like we were staying at the home of friends. The B&B is conveniently located near an Underground station with easy access to downtown and Heathrow Airport.

We are a mature couple on holiday and needed to stay near a tube station. The room (small flat) was up some tricky stairs for our large suitcases. I requested a twin-bedded room but the second bed was an upper bunk bed (couch was too small for an adult). I managed but the bed was suitable only for an active child. The staff was friendly and helpful despite the parking ticket (be sure to fill out the parking form carefully!).

Best B&B staff I've come across yet. The rooms are small (all I wanted the room for was sleep anyways so not a big deal) and the surrounding area isn't anything special, but it's very close to a tube station and then about 30 minute ride on the Picadilly line into Central London- not bad. Also it is very close to a little grocery store which is open fairly late- good for getting snacks and beers. I was very satisfied with my experience overall and definitely recommend them. Great bang for your buck.

We stayed here for 4 days with my young niece. We had a big ensuite room, the staff was very kind, breakfast wonderful! It's a quiet place, not far from London (20mins by the piccadilly line). The tube station is five mins walk, if you come and leave from Heathrow it's very handy because you don't even have to change the line.

We really enjoyed our holidays, the room had little problems (the curtains were missing so in the early morning the ligth woke up us, the moquette was broken on one stair, internet was not accessible from the room) but these problems were accetable in relation with the cheap price.

We met German and Italian visitors in Bennys. All the guests seemed very nice people not rowdy or rude. We were in London for a family wedding. The Staff (Jen)(and young asian girl) were very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was brilliant, enjoyed it very much. The mattress on the double bed in room 11 is very very comfy. Thanks for a nice stay.

We (2 adults and 3 kids) arrived on Sunday afternoon and nobody was there. After a phone call it only took 3-5 minutes before we could enter the room - good service. The room (family room with 5 sleeping places) was very small, too small for 5 persons. The bathroom is very very small and you could only use the sink in the "main" room for brushing your teeth. On some towels we found hairs from earlier guests, the general tidyness was not sufficient. The B&B is okay for low budget but do not expect any luxury or comfort - you can take a shower and you can sleep - that's it. The breakfast was really fine for this price: toast, ham & cheese toast, croissants, coffee or tea, orange juice, cereals, fresh fruit, fruit salad, hot chocolate for the kids For one or two nights it is okay, not for a longer stay with 5 in a room - even if it's only from 11 pm until 8am.

This hotel is a very good deal between price and quality. I had a room with double bed. It was a bit too tight in there but having in mind that I was sightseeing in London and was coming back only to nap it was quite good. In the room I had available: a TV, small fridge, there was a kitchen sink with utensils like dishes and cutlery, fast water boiling pitcher with different kinds of tea and some cookies. Free WiFi. What I am totally pleased of is the receptionist - a french guy called Thinbaut (spelling might be different). He was always ready to help. The hotel is situated in a good looking neighbourhood and the local pubs are not far. There's a tube station nearby (2-3 minutes on foot) and a night bus station a bit further way (~10 minutes). The only issue one might find is the fact that it takes ~35 minutes with the tube to get to central London (the City, Westminster etc.). When planning your journey back bear in mind that if you are taking and early flight from Stansted Airport (~7:30) your only option (besides paying 60 pounds for a taxi) is waking up at 3:30 in the morning and taking the night bus from Ealing Broadway to Liverpool street.

I have been on vacation with 2 children. The staff was wonderful to us. The hotel is only 2 minutes far from the tube station and it has a big supermarket in front of it. You have a shared kitchen, so it is possible to have a hot meal everyday. Everything is very, very clean and we had a wonderful time there. Breakfast is wonderful. I would strongly recommend the place.

Except for the traffic noise which might bother others we found the room to be at the top of my chart for a budget hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was fine and the room was quite spacious for a Europeon hotel. It's convenient location to the tube and bus line is a big plus. The Paddington line goes directly to Heathrow and to London and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the hotel. This review was for the family room as we had three adults and the room had three beds. A room not facing the street would probably not have the traffic noise. I would most definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

South Ealing have a good combination to arrive to London center. Is only half and hour to Picadilly circus. In South Ealing you can enjoy a quiet place and near pubs, supermarkets and near the underground. If you go to Hathrow airport is the same underground line. The fact they have a litle kitchen is very good because you can have your dinner in whit food you can buy in the supermarket. We recommed us if you go walk across the Ealing area. They have no lift, is the only thing you must know if you have movilities handicap.

I think that is impossible to find a B&B with this relationship among price, quality and position. Even if it is not near to the center, there are a tube-station and a bus-stop in few feets respect to the B&B. The rooms are small but they have bathroom, that is not simple to find in London or in GB. The continental breakfast is very plenty. Everything for the better price findable. But the better thing is the welcoming: incomparable. Recommended.

This was a fantastic stay ! Our host waited for us as we were late on the first day. He was helping when we didn't know where and how to go. Moreover, Thibault was speaking a perfect French language (while our english is quite poor !!)! Nonetheless, the breakfast is very complete and very good. It was very easy to find by the subway, and we could go to all the visits we wanted to do. I will absolutely recommand this B&B for a nice, welcoming and comfortable stay.

Really helpful and cheerful staff. Room is great for the money, plus you get a fridge and access to a kitchen, which is more than you would normally get. It was a bit difficult to check in as the doorway is dark, but it is a new property and they are working on it. Once checked in, though, your key is your fingerprint! You can't lose your key. Great idea. No breakfast room (something else they are working on) but we did get a voucher for a nearby eatery. It ain't the Ritz, but for a mere £55 (which in London is free)we cannot complain.

Even so the facilities were excellent, en suite, TV, tea making kit, plenty of biscuits, well heated (during the December snows)and easy-to-connect free broadband, free on-street parking. Thibault was very helpful, even carrying our case from the car for us. We were provided with permit area parking cards both for our night of stay and for the whole of the following day, after we had checked out. We were provided with breakfast tokens for a nearby cafe but were also provided with enough food to have breakfast in our room, which was very useful. Very near tube station; half hour to central London. The room that we had was a little small but was very clean and adequate. Good value for money for accommodation near London and handy for M4.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is small, but nice. Just 2 min walk from South Ealing underground station. The only "bad" thing is that it takes about 30-40 min by underground to come to the center of London. So if you don't need to stay near the center this hotel is great. Rooms are not so big but they are nice and very clean. There is a supermarket nearby, quit a few restaurants, small shopping center etc ... a very nice and quiet area. I recommend it.

This B&B is really great! Very friendly hosts, the rooms are small but clean and the staff do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is served in a coffeeshop 500 m away from the B&B which is very small so it's rather likely that you can't find a place to sit there. The kitchen mentioned in the hotel description is very, very small so don't plan on sitting down somewhere other than on your bed to eat ;-) We were there with a family of 5 with 3 teenage kids and as we didn't have our hopes up high for having a spacious lounge or luxury, it was close to perfect for a short stay in London! Thank you, Thibault&Co.

Run by absolutely fantastic people. One of them came to pick us up from the local Post Office as it was raining and as we did not have our own transport. Don't expect Benny's to be the Waldorf Astoria and you will be fine. The breakfast is in a Coffee bar outside, but the tea and hot sandwich was nice. The internet worked just fine at Benny's. 200 yards from South Ealing Underground station.

I stayed 2 nights in this place. It is one hour far from downtown London by train. The room was very small, although clean. The staff were welcoming but did not bother to refill the mini fridge for our second day of stay. I think if you pay a little more and stay in a better hotel you will have a much better experience. I will never go back there. You can easily hear other rooms as the walls are thin.

We had a pleasant stay at Benny's BB. The location is what brings the price down and make this a very good value in comparison with other BBs closer to central London. We spent about 30 min in the subway to get to the main touristic sights but the price can't be beat and the station is really very close to the BB and it is on the same line as the airport. The linens were spotless clean and the hosts do whatever they can to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is around the corner and it is good but it doesn't start very early - we had an early flight so we couldn't find breakfast on our last day, but I believe they are working on changing that by expanding the property. We would recommend this place and definitely stay there again in the future.

Bennys is a very very nice hotel, spacious, comfortable, very very close to the South Ealing underground station, and in a very nice location. The rooms are big and clean, they have refrigerator, etc. There is free internet in the rooms and a share kitchen that is very helpfull. You have a super market a one block from the hotel, where you can buy anything you want. The breakfast was good, in a cafeteria near the hotel, very nice. Apart from that, our refrigerator was full with milk, orange juice, cereal, fruits, that the hotel gave as a welcome gift.

A wonderful place to stay. I'll definitely try to get a room here the next time I'm in London. The rooms were as the photos. The beds were comfortable; bathroom was nice; everything was clean; the staff were very very nice. What more can I say. There are a lot of very nice touches. For example, a fridge in the room, a sink and plates to use - perfect for a takeaway. Nice pub up the road near a beautiful Georgian/Victorian church. A Chinese takeaway is nearby and a really great Indian restaurant/takeaway as well. I recommend the Indian for sure. Back to the room: other nice touches were the cereals and milk provided along with a number of other little extras you wouldn't normally expect to get. The B&B is rather like a house converted into bedsits hence the necessity to use the breakfast coupons just up the road at a lovely little cafe (right next to the church). The owner of the B&B is currently doing up the downstairs of the adjoining building into a little restaurant/cafe/relaxing area which, from listening to his ideas for it all sounds wonderful. The location is great - not far from the centre of London in a pleasant area. Very convenient for getting to Heathrow. There's a lot more good that could be said. The only real negative would be for those of you who are light sleepers: the rooms at the front face onto a main road which gets busy in the morning. You should get a room facing another direction. The stairs could be a problem for people with mobility problems. This is a grand place for almost anybody for the price. Enjoy!

For breakfast you get a voucher every day so you can break your fast in a little coffee shop about 1 minute away from BBB. Very good coffee and food there and a special atmosphere. Plus at the B&B you have your own full size fridge and get Milk, Cornflakes and Cookies! We definitely loved London, and when we come back we'll stay at Bennys B&B!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. ALtho it is a B and B you did have to walk up the street to a cafe for breakfast, which wasn't a real problem, short walk in a lovely neighbourhood. As unlike regular hotels, the rooms weren't made up daily, which was OK for us, but things like clean towels had to be requested. There are stairs and if this is a problem for people you could request a room on the lower floor. Good value for your money.

The staff was extremely welcoming and warm. Despite our late arrival (after midnight) they stayed up to check us in. The flat was spacious, light, clean and very nice. The connection to centre is not too bad. The room facing the road is a bit noisier, the other one facing the yard is very quiet. Overall impression was fantastic. Can recommend to anyone!

Wonderful location!! Just about 100 metres from the South Ealing tube station! Near a park, pub and easy access to central London. Room was very clean and the staff was extraordinarily nice and helpful. Breakfast is included in price and can be redeemed down the street. Best suited for single travellor or couple. Probably not suited for children since it more designed for adults. If I find myself in London again I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO BENNY'S!!
