I cannot cannot imagine a more beautiful relaxing or comfortable place to spend a honeymoon. We stayed in the upper room which occupies the entire upper floor of the villa and comes with its own private wrap-around terrace boasting gorgeous views out towards the sea and of the wooded hills behind. Micaela, the owner, serves breakfast on the front terrace. Each morning, there was a different local speciality we were invited to try. Everything was quite delicious. Quercianella is a small quiet village but an excellent center to visit Western Tuscany and the Tuscan coast. In fact most of the well-known Tuscan sites are within fairly easy reach, including Pisa, Firenze, Sienna and Lucca. Micaela's recommendations for local restaurants were excellent and well worth following. We spent a truly wonderful week at Mediterranea and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, romantic break in beautiful surroundings.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

A non refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is always required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% deposit of the total stay will be charged as a confirmation of the reservation (at the time the booking is confirmed), the rest will be paid at check-out time. Cancellation policy: If you cancel 51 days before check-in= 30% of total stay will be charged. 50 days to 31 days before check-in = 50% 30 days to 11 days =70% 10 days to 0 hours befor check-in = 100%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
