I can't recommend this hostel: the girl at the reception was cold as ice and obviously unable to smile. Of course, the high humidity is a general problem of Lima. But our room was just badly smelling and very noisy, too. If we walked to the bathroom we always had to pay attention to not knock our head against the tv which was unfortunately fixed too deeply on the wall. Essential things like a wardrobe or a wall socket in the bathroom are not provided. Overall the price of 40$ for a double room is too high for what you get. I only can advise travellers to spend ca. 20-30$ more and to look for a proper hotel.
