B&B San Gottardo - Levanto

Claudia the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. She would drive us into the center of town at any time and gave us great food recommendations. She also served us homemade breakfast in our room each morning. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed in october with our daughter, the rooms and breakfast were excellent and Claudia is a wonderful host, she even helped us out with taking our daughters luggage back to the b&b while we took the train to cinque terra. This place is a jewel and so is the owner. Highly recommended.

We found this location to be the perfect starting point for exploring the cinque terre towns - just hop on the train (station just down the street), and hop off in any of the five towns. Claudia was very sweet and most helpful in providing answers and advice on anything we asked. And what a delicious breakfast!

Claudia was very very welcoming and helpful with all our questions. Room was enough spacey, elegant and cozy with big comfortable bed and antic table. Good breakfast in the garden. 10 min by foot to the train station and 25 min to see cost. No air condition but it's no problem at all: it's not stuffy even in august and if you want you can open a window during the night (no noise!). We highly recommend this B&B!

Claudia, the owner, is theeeee sweetest woman ever. She was very upset that we didn't call her for a ride from the train station and she took our cab cost off of the final bill (20 Euros and it actually only cost us 10 Euro). We were also about an hour early and she accommodated us immediately at no extra charge. Breakfast was lavish and more than we could ever eat. She is very talkative so if you are interested in being alone and not bothered this might not be the place for you. The room had everything we needed and a patio. Claudia drove us anywhere we wanted to go if we asked and was very helpful with restaurant info and with info on the Cinque Terre. This was a perfect place to stay if you are visiting the five towns because it gets you away from all of the CROWDS at the end of the day. Towns are about 4 to 15 minutes away by train.

We booked B&B San Gottardo to stage a one day visit to the Cinque Terre area. The B&B is run by a hard working owner who lives on site. She provides a modern room and a quiet, pretty atmosphere considering the busy street and industrial area of the property. Moreover the owner went out of her way to provide quality advise and guidance to make the visit go smoothly. Twice she spotted us in town, once stopping to assist with understanding the parking rules, and once she found us and delivered some things left in the room. In other words, service was above and beyond.

Warm welcome; very comfortable and attractive accommodation; 10-minute walk from Levanto station. Claudia offers hospitality well beyond what travellers would normally expect. Very highly recomnmended, especially for those visiting the Cinque Terre.
