Jessica and Mauro were very welcoming and pleasant. They explained everything clearly and were available when help was needed. I was booked for the double room for single use but was given a much larger room when I arrived as the television was much better. I would certainly recommend Palazzo Belli to anyone I know who was traveling to Lecce. The accommodation was exactly as described and in the best location in town.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. I ended up extending my stay, because of the charm of the town and the B&B. I had ad dental situation (I broke my tooth) and the manger called her dentist, took me in her car and waited for me while I had a procedure done. Speaking only some Italian this could have been a traumatic experience. It turned out the very best with people who were willing to go out of their way for their guests.

We had a fantastic stay in Lecce a place which has so much to offer. I can highly recommend the Palazzo Belli which is right in the centre of town, the centro storico. As a visitor you get a proper idea of the Italian way of life. Jessica and Mauro who are running the Palazzo Belli are very good in looking after you and helping you find what you are looking for. The atmospheric rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed our breakfast very much. We stayed for three nights after having spent a week close to Ostuni sharing a Trullo with friends. Thank you for the wonderful time in Lecce.
