Bed and Breakfast Piazza Sant'Oronzo - Lecce

Perhaps the parking iunformation could be more accurate- no spots near the hotel at all, we found no secure parking and what was available was very expensive. It worked out alright for us but made us nervous. The staff made our visit very nice by their welcoming and helpfulness. Debbie & Jim Beaupre

This was our first visit to Lecce. The B&B was placed very centrally in the old town of Lecce. It was however extremely difficult to find. We were on foot walking from the railway station the Piazza was easy to find BUT the B&B virtually impossible, there were no signs visible, only a very small notice on the door of what looked like a block of flats with bells for the whole building. The air conditioning in our room was not effective, probably because the room was very big and the outside temperature was in excess of 35c. The bed and bathroom facilities were very adequate. The breakfast provided in a nearby cafe was a typical Southern Italian breakfast but absolutely fine. Lecce is wonderful to visit, in hind sight perhaps we were too late in June to fully enjoy the stay as it was SO VERY HOT! each day between 35c and 38c. Once you find this B&B it is in a perfect situation to explore Old Town Lecce.

IT IS HARD TO KNOW A POSITION OF THE ENTRANCE.BUT HOTEL IS FOUND EASY.IT IS BEST LOCATION IN CITY CENTER.THE VERY FRONT IS PIAZZA SANT'ORONZO.HOTEL IS A LOFT OF BUILDING AND YOU CAN LOOK AROUND A CITY OF LECCE FROM A ROOM.
