A very friendly and personal welcoming!

Excellent, very quiet and clean accomodation. The room was spacious, with a hallway with a small kitchen, and the landlady was both very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was a huge tray delivered to the room every morning with bread, fruit, youghurt, juice, tea/coffee and all the different kinds of cake(!) that Italians love for breakfast. Ask for the room to the back if you want a quiet stay; there might be noise at the Piazza Sant'Oronzo.

The owner is very helpful, thought i never met him in person. The girl Monica was great, she provided an excellent service, from breakfast to informations. I would recommend the place to friends, and i will definately visit again. Yes i go to Lecce quite often as is near my home city.

L'hotel è composto da camere ricavate dalla suddivisione di appartamenti di un condominio posto proprio su piazza oronzo. ben ristrutturato e pulito, pecca solo nella mancanza di aree comuni, dove passare per accedere alle camere e deove si sarebbe potuto avere un contatto più frequente con il personale.

The location was perfect for sight-seeing - VERY central and within walking distance of all the marge sights. Unfortunately, the flip side of this is that it is in a busy area, which means that it is noisy at night. The noise might have been okay, but the windows are poorly glazed and provide little, if any, noise insulation. Breakfast is provided in a nearby cafe by a token given to you by the owner...it consisted of a croissant and a roll that had been nuked well past an inch of it's life...not great!

The room was good and spacious. A problem was the car park, but if you search for some minutes it is possible to find one. And the owner helps a lot with a free card to enter the street of the hotel. So the biggest problem was to find the hotel at the first evening. The breakfast was as in Italy very poor but the B&B is really in the city and the location is great. A plus is the free internet access provided.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts. Great location, fantastic shower room. Highly recommended.

This Bed and Breakfast has the most lovely proprietors. The room was not only a room, but had the feel of a little apartment. It was comfortable, quiet, spotless clean and in a great location. It had a huge bathroom as well. the room is nice and large, with a foyer. The proprietors bring you breakfast to your room and are extremely gracious. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast!
