It was great to stay there. The staff were amazing!!! and the appartament even more beautiful and clean than expected. Just great!! We'll go there again. No wonder!!! :)

Stayed in Bright Studio. Accomodation and location was great but the room was above a pub. Although there was no noise at all coming from it, there was an incredible amount of cigarette smoke within the whole building rising to the top floor from the pub. Between 6pm and 2am when the pub was open the studio was literally filled with smoke and cigarette smell coming from both inside and outside. I would not recommend this studio to anyone who is a non smoker or asthmatic as there was no air to breathe! Smoking is banned is some public places in Poland but it seems not in pubs.

There were building works taking place in the basement which was noisy and also meant that the water had tobe turned off on our secound day....

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after 1 p.m. Guests will need to make their way to the Old Town Studios main office located at Dietla 75 apt. 1a 31-007 Krakow. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. If you plan to arrive after this time it is necessary to advise your exact arrival time in order to arrange a meeting with a representative
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11 a.m.
