My first stay at Cracowdays was nearly perfect stay. The only thing I missed in the room was a table. But this does not change my overall rating: excellent.

Brilliant from start (pick up at the airport) to finish (drop off at the airport). They could not have been more friendly. Lots of advice and help. Great recommendations for restaurants (they even arranged a 10% discount in about 10 restaurants, which were very good (all high quality and one right on the main square) and very reasonable, about £20 per head including wine. Their breakfast (which is extra but only €6 per day) was delicious. Lots of fresh bread/rolls, ham, various cheeses, jams and pastries, fresh fruit and good tea/coffee/orange juice. The BnB is based in a private tenement building, and frankly does not look much from the outside, or even in the main stairway, but don't be put off. Once inside the apartment what a transformation. Very warm and cosy, with free wifi, and permanently in place laptops with access to broadband, and a printer and disc writer if you needed it. A kitchen on each level providing free tea/coffee, and a minibar for beers and wines on a pay as you drink basis, but very fair prices. The BnB is very close to the Main Square, about 500-600m (a 10 min walk) but there are trams etc from very close by, which only cost 25p a ticket. Investigate the 2 day/7 day travel pass which also gets you into a number of museums. Highlights were the christmas market, the Schindler Factory, the Royal Castle at Wewel and the many buildings of interest. Lots of bars and lovely restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I was to revisit Krakow. It would be lovely to do it in the summer, so......

The room is small but well cleaned, with a high ceilling, comfortable and well equipt. The floor is noisy when you walk on it, which was a little disturbing for my liking. This accomodation is well located, but I find this accomodation is pricey for what they offer.

We stayed in Crakow Days Apartments for 3 days in early May, and enjoyed the time we were there. We had pre-arranged via the Apartments to be met by taxi at the airport, I would recommend this as the pickup and delivery was very easy and pleasant. The accommodation was reasonably spacious, very clean and fittings and amenities good quality. The various duty managers were universally friendly and helpful. The Apartments are well located in relation to the Old Town, which is about a ten minute walk away. Summary: highly recommended. Why do people stay in clinical and expensive hotel chains when there are places like this available???

We stayed in the superior room 'Shiraz'. Very clean and spacious. Good standard of decor. The outside doesn't look good as there is graffiti on the walls and the stair wells leading to the reception and apartments are in need of decoration but inside, the accommodation as a whole is beautifully decorated.

I selected this hotel from tripadvisor and it is the first time that I have stayed at an aparthotel rather than a large hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as it exceeded all my expectations as I had already read other peoples reviews. It may not be the most pleasant of outlooks but inside you could be in a different world and all the home comforts were there. We actually stayed in both the superior rooms and the standard rooms and apart from DVD player and Flat Screen TV there was very little to distinguish the rooms. The first morning we had breakfast provideed by Cracowdays and what an excellent spread was provided for us. Far too much for our personal requirements. We subsequently bought items from the local shops and stored them in the kitchen fridge provided for guests use and made our own breakfasts. There are many excellent and superb value for money restaurants one in particular was an excellent Italian restaurant called Mamma Mia virtually a couple of doors away from a lovely Polish restaurant Nostalgia. Krokow itself is wonderful St Mary's Church on the Square is an absolute gem and the Salt Mines provide a fantastic half-day visiting experience.

This was our first stay in Krakow & would definately return & stay in this B&B. Excellant value for money, we stayed in a superior room which was very spacious, comfortable & beautifully decorated. Location is great as can easily walk into the main square in about 10mins. Everyone there is very helpful & informative. Our only issue was when we were checking out, the credit card terminal had broken the day before & we did not have enough cash to pay for our stay so had to do a last minute dash to the cash machine. These things happen so not a major issue but it might be worthwhile checking the situation out the day before you're due to leave.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Krakow. The rooms (we stayed in a superior double) are amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect - about 5 minutes into the main square. Highly recommended.

The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. All facilities in the room and the common areas are of excellent standard. Great to provide free internet access. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We were very impressed by the small touch like leaving us chocolate on the bed. Breakfast is very high quality and generous. Also like the coffee and tea offered to us when checking in and out. The place is just a gem. Definitely will return and will recommend to anyone going to Krakow.

Good location, really liked the room, but while called a hotel it was really more of a small hostel. It was a bit odd that there was never anyone behind a desk and you had to ring or text someone somewhere else in the city to do things like pay the bill and check out (though I understand this keeps the price down, and the price was excellent).

We were a party of 8, 4 sisters and husbands and occupied 4 rooms which were enormous and were excellent. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen for cooking sometimes and could have tea/coffee at any time. We would highly recommend Cradowdays and would hope to return again. Norma and Dave Patterson

The old graffitied building looked uninviting at first but it was quite warm and pleasant on the inside. There is only one laundromat in Krakow! Cracowdays would be improved 100% if it offered a self-serve washer and dryer!
