Good experience, specially with the very helpful staff always ready to answer any questions and lend help if needed. The best surroundings possible: take a couple of steps left and you are in a nice, green, shadowy park. Take a couple right insted and you are in the town's main market square. My only gripes: too much light coming through the windows from the early hours (no opaque blinds), even some noise from the street (although the glass isolated much of it), and the room was very clean when I arrived, but then wasn't tidied up, the bed made or the towels changed in my whole 5-day stay, maybe I should have specifically asked for it, but that seemed weird. Great stay overall.

Very small room. Bed not comfortable and very short (I am only 185 cm high). The bathroom did not smell very clean. Someone had been spraying with air fresher in the hall and in my room - so I really had to ventilate a lot. This gave another problem- please see below. View was to a backyard with ventilation from restaurants, so view was really poor (white wall) and very often with the scent of food. My stay was not comfortable or nice. The place of the B & B is very central, though.

Room Details
Bed & Breakfast Unikat has 25 guest rooms. Rooms face either the city or courtyard. Guests can kick back at the end of a busy day and enjoy 21-cm LCD televisions with satellite channels. Corporate travelers visiting the Old Town area will benefit from free wireless high-speed Internet access as well as safes.
Individual décor and furnishings make each stay a unique experience. A good night's sleep in supportive pillowtop mattresses with premium bedding will have visitors waking up refreshed and well-rested throughout their holiday or business trip. Private bathrooms are outfitted with showers and makeup/shaving mirrors. Additional guest comforts include coffee/tea makers, windows that open and cotton sheets.
Wake up calls can be arranged. Refrigerators, microwaves and irons/ironing boards can be provided on request.
