About Bed and Breakfast Lehner Major

b&b - exterior Bed and Breakfast Lehner Major b&b - exterior Lehner Major is a charming and traditional Hungarian manor house set in 10 acres of beautiful paddocks and parkland with century old trees. It was recently restored to its original state respecting its unique building structure.

The house is furnished with period Hungarian pieces carefully selected by the owners.

How to reach B&B Lehner Major

The Lehner Major Bed & Breakfast is 20 km South of Lake Balaton, between the villages of Keleviz and Gadány. Kaposvár and Keszthely are both approximately 40 kilometres from the bed & breakfast.

DIRECTIONS from BUDAPEST to LEHNER MAJOR
From Budapest follow the signs to WIEN, BALATON, M1, M7. Stay on the M7 (Balaton), even when it becomes one-lane, and continue Southwest along the Balaton. In the town of Balatonkeresztúr, turn left (South) towards Balatonújlak, Marcali, and Barcs. Drive through Marcali and continue South on this road (68, direction Barcs) for 10km. Towards the end of the village of Keleviz, turn right towards Gadány. After about 2 km, on top of a hill, turn right (before Gadány) on a non-paved old horse-chestnut avenue. This avenue leads you to Lehner Major.

DIRECTIONS from VIENNA to LEHNER MAJOR
From Vienna go South on the motorway to Eisenstadt. Stay on it until it ends and then continue South and cross the border to Hungary in Klingenbach. Drive South on the 84 to Sümeg, driving through Sopron and Sárvár. In Sümeg turn right towards Bazsi Zalaszántó. Continue on this road until it ends on a „T”. Here turn left, south, towards Keszthely. Follow the signs to Balatonszentgyörgy, leaving Keszthely on your left. Drive through Balatonszentgyörgy and continue South, crossing the roundabout towards Marcali, Barcs on the 68. Drive through Marcali and continue South on road 68, direction Barcs, for 10km. Towards the end of the village of Keleviz, turn right towards Gadány. After about 2 km on top of a hill, turn right on a non-paved old horse-chestnut avenue (before Gadány). This avenue leads you to Lehner Major.
