B&B Soggiorno Pezzati Daniela - Florence

This really is just a room. Nothing else. 3 floors up, no elevator. Small. Really small. But the hostess is lovely and helpful and you get what you pay for. The wi-fi is fine, the bathroom facilities small but clean. The included breakfast is not worth having. I think the place would be better off without it. 10 minute walk from main station and close to everything though.

Excellent location, nicely renovated (especially the bathroom), but no real breakfast. Good place for a couple of days.

When you have facilities like a fridge, kettle, micro-wave and free wi-fi, what's the point of staying in a 3 star hotel? Good location to all major sights. Only snag is you have to carry your luggage up 3 floors without a lift. Only saw the owner once, so it's difficult to pre-booking to museums. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Great palce to stay. Francisca was terrific. Map to location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes from train station and less than five minutes to Mercato and Duomo. 10 minutes to Old Bridge. Five minutes to Accademia. We will be going back to Firenze next spring and will stay here again!

The hotel location is great - 5 min to San Lorenzo market, 10 min to the Domus and train station. However area did not feel safe at night (for a solo female traveler). Hostess was nice and helpful, however she was on premises only in the morning. If you arrive at any other time you will need to notify the B&B in advance, or you will be locked out. I did not touch the breakfast-it was left in the room during the day for the next morning-biscuits, jam, and kettle (no water). Room was clean and overall value, considering great location was good.

The hotel has a disgusting smell coming from the internal part of the building. It reflects on the bathroom. About the room, was like the picture indicated, but the service was not good, the towels were very rough. The neighborhood maybe seem unsafely, but I think it was a false impression. Florence was a cool place to visit.

There is no shower per se, it's just a shower nozzle attached to the wall next to the toilet, so you take the shower in a tiny toilet room with water running on the floor with the drain hole in it. Very inconvenient.

Quiet and convenient location. There is no lift, but it's not a problem. Extreamly small shower+toilet and problem with hot water - you should wait for several minutes till the temperature stabilizes. And the breakfast is very small. But the plus is - there is a small fridge and teakettle in the room, so you always can buy something and enrich your meal. Rooms are cleaned every day, so they are always neat. The price is very moderate, so I'll recomend this soggoirno to everybody.

We had a lovely few days in Florence with the room situated fairly central (10min to the station, 10 min to the deepest centre, 3min to the market. The owner is very friendly and helpful and a small request on a piece of paper left in the room was quickly fulfilled. The only thing worth mentioning is that the stairs (2 floors) to the room might not be for people with walking difficulties as they are very steep. As this is an old property there is no lift. But the room we had was very quiet, absolutely no noise from the road was heard and it was overlooking some other houses and their gardens. Clean and everything needed was available.Also had airconditioning. Very happy to recommend this place.

Nice rooms, more like private rooms then a hotel. Staff very friendly, breakfast with the kettle in the room was a good idea. Negative point - bathroom is too small, toilette is located practically in the shower (you must be a "compact" person to fit in)!

This facility was clean, fairly priced, and well located. The rooms are on the third floor, that is two levels above the street, so if you have lots of heavy luggage you should be aware that there is no lift. The shower arrangement in one of the rooms we had took some getting used to. The breakfast is instant cappacino and a packaged croissant but it worked for us.

Do not be mislead - you do not get a breakfast. They provide you with a kettle and fridge so you can make your own breakfast. The Pezzati is located very centrally and you can walk everywhere. I never met Daniela during our stay. Her assistant Jeanette was very friendly and helpful, but the language barrier was extremely frustrating. This is basically just a place to sleep. I have stayed for much better during my trip in Italy for the same price. I will definitely return to Florence, but not to this bed and breakfast.

Plenty of room to accomodate our entire group (3 couples and 1 single). The rooms were beautiful, with plenty of space. Bathrooms were tiny but adequate, and we all got a kick out of the rooms that had the toilet in the shower--quite functional actually! We were checked in quickly and had all our questions answered. Daniela and I corresponded quite a bit via email prior to arriving, and I think this helped. I would definitely recommend this to others!

This soggiorno overall was pretty good. Pros: relatively clean, friendly and helpful staff and good location (15 min walk from train station, 2 min from Mercato Centrale). Cons: loud. Many hotels in Italy are loud, so I just suggest bringing earplugs!

Our room was clean and very comfortable. Within walking distance of the central market and great trattorias on Via Panicale and Via San Zanobi. Daniela was quite helpful and we would stay with here again.

Super location, central but on a side street so much quieter than the average Florence street corner. The accommodations were very safe, clean, spacious, and modern, and the B&B owner, Daniela, was extremely friendly and generous with her information about Florence.

Clean, neat, conveniently located - walking distance to every major site - and yet quiet. "Unusual" bathroom, but very clean and serves the purpose. We would definitely stay there again.

Quietness is good. But Breakfast is just gift them for guest.Don't get your hopes up. I used single room but it's too small. I suggest to use twin or double room instead.

Great place to explore the centre of Florence from. Had a few problems with the door entrance card, but apart from that all went well. Lovely rooms too. No breakfast, but lots of coffee bars nearby.

The owner amended the cancellation policy by requiring much earlier cancellation dates. The owner did not want to accept payment by credit card.
