The place was excellent value for the money, clean and roomy with air conditioning and a room safe. It was a bit far out of the town centre (15+ mins walk) but there were buses nearby. The breakfasts were just adequate, as there was limited choice and everything was pre-packed apart from fresh bread but there was plenty of it. If you are expecting a cooked breakfast then this isn't the place for you! All in all we enjoyed our stay and Oscar was very welcoming and most helpful, so we would recommend it as a good place to stay.

Very nice bed and breakfast. They were true to their cancellation policy. We were delayed in Paris and could not get to Florence our first night. True to the website we had to pay for that night. The surprise came though when we went to check out and the "credit card machine was broken". We had to come up with the cash. This was a little bit of an inconvenience. Overall, it was a very nice, clean and quiet place.

The location, atmosphere, facilities or the cleanness is not bad, but we had an unpleasant experience at this B&B. The first day of our stay, we provided 2 rooms for 3 persons even we booked 3 rooms and two of us had to share one room. Besides, they only made 10-euro discount for a room (not for each person) and they asked us to pay 110 euros. They did not tell us the regular room charge of double room by using 2 persons is 90 euros, so we had to pay extra 20 euros.

By carFrom the A4 highway, follow the indications to Firenze Centro and take the exit Firenze Sud. Follow the ring-road until the traffic lights. Turn left and continue straight ahead going along the Lungarno Aldo Moro, Lungarno Cristoforo Colombo, Lungarno del Tempio. Turn right at the end of Lungarno Tempio and follow Viale Amendola and Viale Gramsci. Turn right into Piazzale Donatello and follow Viale Giacomo Matteotti. Proceed until Piazza della Libertà and take Via Don Giovanni Minzoni. Take Via Antonio Giacomini and you will find Via frà Bartolomeo where the B&B is located.
