Person there did not speak english and there was no one there to hand over the keys at the time of checkout.

The hotel itself was really nice. The rooms were clean and the hosts were friendly. There is no reception at the hotel, so they email you asking for your time of arrival. Unfortunately we didn't see this email before we arrived and had to call them, but they arrived within 10 minutes to check us in. On the Friday night we stayed there, there was a bit of noise from other guests and people on the street outside.
