The landlord almost can not speak english. My wife can speak spanish. So she has to quess the landlord's meaning through spanish words. Generally speaking, it is allright. but it is not very good to not refund us small bills. She just said she doesn't have cash with her. There is no reception. Only a desk. You hardly can find anyone on duty there during day and night. The night before we checked out, we had to wait for her arrival in the hotel for nearly 2 hours till 9:30pm.

Reasonable accomodation for the price paid. Be prepared to walk as the hotel is quite a distance from the train station.

Stayed in double room with private facilities. Room was spotless! Cleaned everyday along with the bathroom. Plenty of space and good coffee making facilities. Only 10 minute walk from train station and tourist attractions. Great stay for the price paid.

The facility is a long walk away from the train station, and none of the buses go there directly (better for going towards the station, Florence buses follow circular routes). The second floor location is actually a North American third floor. The room was OK, but there was no air conditioning; there is no staff on-site except when some guest is expected to arrive. There is no breakfast provided except coffee you have to make yourself (with one small milk container), one croissant, one bottle of water and two small dry bread packages. I stayed 4 nights; initially there were 2 jam servings, but when those were used up they were not replaced. I did get a replacement croissant every day though.

We stayed there for two nights. If your travelling by train then carrying your bags or backpacks a short distance to your hotel is OK. When you find the hotel, you need to phone the number on the plaque, and an enthusiastic person will soon turn up and let you in. The traffic is loud outside, but with the closed window and air-conditioning you won't hear anything. Breakfast was really small, but always ready. The only thing we didn't like was that we could not find any utensils for eating there. In general, it is a bit of a walk into the city, but it isn't a bad walk at all. A good place for budget travellers.

We came from France. The hotel is an appartement with many rooms. Not so quiet but in the center of Firenze and its a excellent ratio between price and quality. Moreover, people are very sympathetic. Nice trip. I recommanded this hotel.

Althought this is non-service apartment, but they give travellers a good and freedom space to be relax. They supply a lot of coffee and tea bag with generosity. I like my room has a small balcony. I feel the owner want to satisfy their customer as well as possible.

Cassia B&B was a very pleasant surprise in Firenze. We were travelling with our 10 years old boy so we were looking for a quiet, clean place, not very expensive, and Cassia B&B proved to be really an excellent choice. Spotlessly clean, very quiet, near the historical center. 10 out of 10. I have two comments: although we announced by mail and phone our arrival time, we had to call again (and wait something like 10-15 min) for there was nobody to open the door. And, oh, well, maybe I did not know how to make the air conditioning machine warm up the room, but for mid October, it was a tad chilly indoors.
