B & Beatrice - Florence

The room is very nice and there is a small balcony area if you want to get some fresh air. It is a bit of a walk to the main station but there are frequent buses so you just need to figure out which one to take. We enjoyed the walk anyway and there is a great gelato shop around the corner. Very nice breakfast - I love their homemade jam (the fig one is highly recommended). Good wifi reception and it is free! There is a laundromat nearby so it is quite convenient if you need to do some washing too. One thing to note is that the stone staircase is very steep and looks slippery so if you have heavy suitcases, it is not easy to get them upstairs or down.

Well located for the price and very comfortable room, Bed not so great however we enjoyed the proximity it offered to Florence.

The rooms were GORGEOUS--even better than displayed on the website. The owner and owners parents were very welcoming and made our stay in Florence a true delight!!!

The staff was SO NICE with us. We had a great stay and enjoyed it.

Excellent attention. Francesca and her mother are very attentive and pleasant. If I go back to firenze return.

-Great location, everything is within walking distance. We walked from the train station in 15 minutes with big back packs. - Great value for the money - Good breakfast, I prefer fruit but it was sufficient. - Nice size room - Internet and safe in room is great! - Our hostess didn't speak english but we managed just fine. Improvments: 1. More towels would have been nice. 2. Bathroom fan really needed to be cleaned. 3. More hooks or shelf in bathroom would have been helpful. 4. Noisy if you have the windows open, otherwise quiet. 5. Stairs are a good workout (would not recommend for those who have mobility issues). 6. The new bed in the Aphrodite room would be good.

Great family run bed and breakfast. Lovely family and lovely place to stay. Definitely would stay there again.

Friendly atmosfere and nice room

This is a nice place to stay in Florence. The owners are very nice and accessible. A little noise from the street early in the morning.

Excellent little family run hotel in a historical building 10 min walk from Duomo. Renovated rooms that preserve flavor of the time (including furniture, doors etc). You will have not just fresh croissant for breakfast, but also delicious cakes freshly made by  the hostess. One of the best little hotels in Italy for the price we saw in years.

This is a great B&B - good breakfast, great location, very clean, and spacious rooms. I would definitely stay here again! The stairs are a little steep, so beware if you are coming with heavy luggage.

Nice place to stay in Firenze

We stayed in the Demetra's room. Nice room and beautiful bathroom. The Breakfasts were copious and various. We have found available staff. the only inconvience of this room for us it was the noice from the street.

At least a bottle of water in the room at our arrival (after midnight) would have been nice. Nice room, well situated.

Everything was excellent, but finding a parking space was difficult.
