Bed and Breakfast Villino Il Magnifico - Florence

Great place, good location. Will return!

Location and room are very good. but the hotel has no elevator. It's hard to carry the bag upstairs. Breakfast is not good.

The kindness of the owner made our stay unforgetable! They were always ready to help us. We strongly recommend Villino Il Maganifico.

I stayed at Villino Il Magnifico ( double room) for 1 night. The B&B location is very good because is very near to the centre ( 20 min walking). The structure is very nice, clean and not expensive. I think that I will choose again in this B&B . MR Italy

Very pleased with breakfast, good variety of hot & cold choices. Family owned; daughter & her father were very helpful and courteous.Restaurant down the street has authenic Italian food (La Taverna)and quite good.Room was clean, but lacked space to move around. Shower curtain & floor didn't allow for water to drain properly.:(

Plus: The breakfast was very good with croissants, bread, rolls, cereals, hot&cold milk, coffee, fresh fruit, juices, joghurt, and so on. The bed was good and the room (nr.3) spacious with balcony. Frequent bus connection to the city (14, 31, 32) Minus: The shower was a disaster. The court is used as parking lot. Tip: The park on the banks of the Arno, just 100m away, with a self-service cafe, where you are allowed to sunbath for hours.

Our room at Villino II Magnifico was very nice. It was easy to find in Florence! We were able to park our car in the courtyard which worked nicely. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and a very large spread of food. The host was very helpful when we arrived. He provided a map and gave restaurant recommendations. The restaurant LaTaverna which is a few blocks away was excellent.

This is the place that we spent our best days in Italy in our 10 days trip. We stayed in there 2 days. First of all we loved the owners. Eva and her father are so kind and nice people. they helped us for everything. The room was perfect. big and very clean. it has all antiques. also the breakfasat was abnormal for italy because it is not only crousant and coffee. they have some tarts cakes cheese pepperoni salami etc..very very good breakfast. strongly recommend the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was nice. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The family that owns and runs this small bed and breakfast are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are elegantly furnished. This hotel is a good value and a very nice place to stay in Florence. It is pretty close to the major sites and a short bus ride into the center of everything.
