Bed and Breakfast Sognando Firenze - Florence

When we arrived we were greeted with a very friendly and competent member of staff, using a map showed us the places to go and see and good restaurants. There were very good quality food shops very close to the B&B, which meant you could nip out and get some tasty food.

Extremely helpful reception and breakfast services, gave very useful information, which was quite helpful for us as first visitors to Firenze.

I love the location. It's easy to get a bus to the center. You can aslo walk along the river. It's cozy and quiet.

Hotel was very clean, staff was extremely friendly. Nice pastry shop downstairs. Easy walk or bus ride to Ponte Vecchio. We did both. Would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms were of excellent standard. The B&B overall was great i would recomend. Staff were extreamly helpful in helping us find our way around also showing us where to eat good local Itialian food with the locals at a great price,food was excellent also both in B&B and in resturants that were recomended. Within easy walking distance from main town Beautiful place i will defently go back to florence as well as the B&B. Thank you for a great stay!!!

It's a 20 minute walk along the Arno from the Ponte Vecchio, but you get specatular views. It's outside the historical center, but you can see how real Italians live, eat where they eat and have coffee where locals have coffee (Caffe Michelagelo donwstairs is highly recommened). Ask the stuff for suggestions on where to eat. You will end up in authentic places with zero tourists. This B&B is clean, very nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. It's more than highly recommnded.

The location of this BB is great with just a 25 min walk along the river to the Ufizzi and the centre of town or alternatively there are plenty of buses right outside the door. Breakfast is available as an option but does not start until 8.30am and this was too late for us. The rooms are clean and bright and very attractively decorated, however the cafe below our room was very noisy at night with loud music.
